The reason I booked this hotel was because of the excellent reviews. I am happy to say those reviews are accurate. The desk staff were very polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great. The hotel itself looks great on the inside. The room featured a comfortable bed and pillows, which matters to me. I was easily able to book a private half-day tour thrugh reception. I highly recommend this hotel in La Paz.

Traveled to La Paz and chose this hotel because of its rating. It didn’t disappoint. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. The staff were attentive and friendly. The only drawback is that it’s located a bit away from some of the museums and tourist areas. Other than that, I would happily stay again.

Check in was done promptly and well, although we only arrived at 5.00 AM in the morning. Location is also good, close to cable car stations servicing the blue and white lines.

Excellent value for money, relaxing and great ambiance. The staff are all so friendly and enthusiastic. Especially the dinner time staff at the restaurant. David was so friendly, he was the reason we kept eating at the restaurant instead of going out.

Room Clean, Polite staffs, excellent location surround by grocery shop, shopping complex and lot of good food around. Most of the facility such as massage, sauna closed on Sunday.

The location is superb as it is next to the cable car station. The views from the bedroom were amazing and the receptionist was so warm and welcoming upon check-in.

房間不大，床也不大，但床很舒服，早餐還算豐富，服務人員很熱情、服務也很周到，出路很方便、吃東西也很方便

清潔で安全な場所にあり、スタッフの方々が皆さんとても優しかったです。ドライヤー、エアコン、冷蔵庫があり。バスルームも広いです。次の日朝早く経つため朝食を食べれない私のためにランチボックスを用意してくれました。 強いて言えばシャワーの水圧が少し弱いですが南米では全然アリな範囲内だと思います。

早餐對比其他酒店差了一點，選擇較少，但餐廳的員工很nice，前台員工比較死板，英語不是很好。 房間整體OK但這個價位有更好的選擇

整幢玻璃樓與該酒店無關、衹有5樓層（前台加飬廳）及12樓的客房層是該酒店的、房間大小與訂單不符、房間偏小、因為是玻璃、白天房間超熱、晚上房間超涼、有空調不開還騙我們説開的、我是住客、在酒店複印每張紙2元多人民幣、聞所未聞、前台服務態度特別差、早餐品種一般、酒店價格虛高

酒店不錯，就是服務要加強，
