Excellent service from the hotel staff. They provide supplies to the room every day. Everything is clean and working. The only downside is that the room is very small, but I already knew that and it's common in most hotels at this price point. I would stay here again if I return to Kyoto.

The accommodation is a little old, but the service of the employees was good, and the best thing was the location.

Great hotel and wonderful location. The subway near by is a small terminal for the HK line which is helpful to go directly to monkey park & bamboo forest and direct to Osaka (~5min walk). Also the market is near by (less than 5 min walk). The baths were great, always had clean towel, maybe even too many lol. Rooms are small like rest of urban Japan but everything was great. Only complaint would be the smoking room is tiny (max 3 people) wish they had an outdoor option too.

cozy and simple place, loved the free flow drinks at the lobby, plenty of amenities available to take at the lobby, they change towel upon request, they give 2 bottles of water everyday, great location, staff are friendly as well! would definitely recommend to others looking for a place to stay! it’s abit small but worth the price

Понравился номер , компактный, есть стиральная машина и сушилка , тв и wi-fi, есть ванн! Очень удобное расположен к в центре города! Остался доволен!

位置方便，巴士、地下鐵只需要行10分鐘左右就到達，lobby 有熱咖啡丶汽水丶綠茶等的免費飲品，亦有牙擦丶洗面奶丶面膜丶cream等都可以拿。房間需然細細，但有保險箱丶雪櫃丶洗衣機丶熱板（燙衣服用），走廊亦有水機和微波爐。下次都會選擇這間酒店。

房間蠻小的 行李箱只能開一個 就難以行走了 但頂樓有澡堂可以泡 滿舒服的 有免費面膜提供 可寄放行李

酒店地理位置很好 交通很方便 跨年價格也沒有漲很多 前台提供了東西很多 免費咖啡果汁 頂樓還可以泡湯 體驗很好！

รร.มี Amenity ให้พร้อม มีเครื่องดื่มรับรอง 24ชม. เช็คอินเช็คเอ้าฝากกระเป๋าไว้ได้ ที่พักไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ แต่อาจต้องเลือกทางออกดีๆ เพราะถ้าออกตามgps แนะนำมันใกล้รร.ก็จริงแต่ถ้ามีสัมภาระใบใหญ่จะต้องเดินขึ้นบันได

酒店鄰近四條站，與京都市區很接近，出行有巴士地鐵很方便，酒店房間雖然比較細，但住了幾天感覺很舒服，隔音很好，床夠大，設施十分齊全，衛生很好，而且大堂有牙刷、面膜、茶葉等等可以自取，很方便旅客，下次在京都旅遊都會再入住
