Excellent facility and location with all necessities for travel and touring. Close and convenient for all public commute. Amazing and a great bonus to have a mini kitchen even though we did not get an opportunity to use it. But definitely a place as a hub for a long term stay. Also a big surprise to have a washer. With the drying function within the bathroom, same like a dryer, we can wash and reuse our clothes during hot summer days. So convenient and comfortable! Like home!

A hotel a lil further from the city, but close enough to Nijo Castle with easy access to buses, stops were really close to the Studio. We enjoyed our stay there. There was a Second Street relatively close by (via bus) and a few grocery shops too which was quite convenient for us, even in the heat of a summer in Kyoto. The people at the counter changed almost everyday and they were mostly friendly. Thoroughly found the luggage service at Kyoto Station very convenient too, so we did not have to lug it around after checking out, before our train to the airport. Beds were large and room was relatively bigger than usual. though the sofa bed mattresses did not entirely seem to fit the frame and sunk in a little at some places. Very good value for money!

Everything inside with mini kitchen, washer, bathroom warmer and dryer. New and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Very convenience for all types of travellers, right at the bus station which can take to everywhere. Not a crowded and tourist location, hence, very quiet and not happening.

這個地方就是搭公共汽車比較方便，門口就是。離圓町jr站要步行10-15分鐘。天氣好的時候完全OK，但是趕上這幾天超級熱，有些累，房屋設施齊全，看着很乾凈，講真我一進門是驚喜的，二百多訂到這個房間，還要什麼自行車啊，但是住到第三天我晚上突然看見有一個油亮亮的蟑螂，很大，南方的那種，那時我是崩潰的，後來在我要捨命抓它的時候，它跑了，我再也沒看見它。服務總體不錯，就是打掃衞生的男子很早敲門，而且敲了好幾次

Apartment agak jauh dari stasiun kyoto, tapi bisa naik bus dan lokasi halte bus ada tepat di depan apartment. Kamarnya cukup bersih dan fasilitas lengkap. Ada lift juga tersedia. Kalo staffnya lebih ramah lagi akan lebih baik. Ada 1 yg jutek

今天上午到達京都，天下着小雨，冒雨遊覽了二條城後前往酒店入住，這個酒店雖小（不到二十個房間）卻是五臟俱全，洗衣機、微波爐、電冰箱、電磁爐和間單餐具，也很寬敞，就像一個精緻的小公寓，衞生間與浴室分離，浴室有一個多功能控制器，除了冷熱空調還有乾燥功能，剛好衣服有點淋濕了，可以快點涼幹。

3泊4日で利用。 4泊以上から清掃サービスありなのをチェックイン時に知って前もって分かってたらもう少し良かったかな。 全体的にはいい所だしまだ利用する機会があれば利用したいと思います。

1人暮らしアパートのような感じでした。キッチンも洗濯機も室内にあります。お風呂にはTVも付いてました笑 枕も質感が違う2つがあり、非常に快適でした。また泊まりたいなと思いました！

立地はすごくいいわけではないので歩きにくい靴だとちょっと辛いですが15分程で着きます。 フロントのスタッフの方は私が滞在中みなさん外人だったので少し日本語が通じにくい方もいましたが特に問題はありませんでした。 お部屋は1kのコンパクトなお部屋ですが清潔で広すぎずちょうど良くてかなり過ごしやすかったです。 コンロもIHですがふた口でフライパンや料理する時に困るものはなく、箸が割り箸なのもよかったです！ 調味料は一切ないので自分で用意しないといけないです。 あと少し欲を言えばもう少し大きめのお皿があると嬉しいです！ 総合的にかなりコスパもよくて近くにスーパー、ドラッグストア、良さげな居酒屋、韓国料理など色々あったのでまた機会があったら利用したいです

房間還是蠻大的，設施有點舊，但衞生比較乾淨，活動空間兩個人不覺得擠。酒店位置很安靜，周邊都是居民區，門口就是公交站，步行到圓町地鐵站10分鐘。步行到二條城大概25分鐘左右。 京都公交很貴，一次230日元，一天乘幾次公交就很貴。建議最好住地鐵站附近，如果有JR Pass，可以省不少交通費用。

酒店非常的不錯，帶有廚房，附近有超市，非常的方便，房間也寬敞，安靜；周圍有停車場一晚上500日幣。去金閣寺開車10分鐘左右，清水寺，衹園，開車20分鐘左右，伏見稻荷大社（停車場免費）非常贊。

很乾凈，房間緊湊，有三張床，前台服務也還不錯，可以免費寄存行李，附近交通也很方便，門口就是公交車站，吃的也很多

位置不好找，按谷歌導航是找不到的，我去的時候很晚，酒店就一位接待人員，酒店規模不大，衞生好，近嵐山。
