I stayed for 3days in this hotel. There are some restaurants and good grocery store near there. I like it.

Very big hotel room! And there is a tatami in the room for chilling with friends! Recommended

The location is near the bus stop, a 15-minute bus ride from Kyoto Station. There's a supermarket and convenience store across the street, and a Starbucks a minute away, making it very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and there's a washing machine in the lobby for ¥400. The only downside is that it's located close to the main road, and the rooms are completely soundproofed, so those with noise concerns should consider this carefully.

Grear hotel with excellent service. The room was ready when arrived and the staff accommodating us earlier. The room was Japanese modern style - more then perfect!!! Highly recommend

The hotel is amazing, but its quite far from most of the attraction, but if you want to a great place to enjoy not a busy kyoto, this is the place

Hotel is good, but no parking lot available. Need to park somewhere else near to the hotel.

A bit far away from train station but these is bus stop at door step. You can cook food in the room which is a big thumb up. Big super market at the opposite of the road. But cleanliness is a big concern I used the spear pillow and quilt from the closet has blood stain and yellow stain on them.

Location and price both match each other and credited to the opposite supermarket which make everything convenience. Only not good is no water supply (filtered water) and umbrella when rains

To experience Japanese traditional room with tatami mat with futon beds and dining table, perfect for a couple as lighting and aesthetic was perfect, as central mall across hotel provide fresh foods for dining in as room has stove warmer etc. area has some traditional restaurants with convenience stores.

Great location very near to bus stop very convenient to travel around Kyoto city. Mostly self service and need to take note On the check out time is very early 10am, extra fee will be charged if check out late.

the location is quite far from the station but the hotel very nice, can take city bus though it easier to move around with it.theres super market and connivence store around! and also nice cafe

Great place to stay. I was surprised the room had a kitchenette and there is a grocery store across the street. Bus stop right outside as well. Nice and quiet area.
