I had a wonderful stay during my vacation. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable!

Excellent hotel nearby living community in Kunming , we all families are appreciate with this hotel , good sight seeing and very fast to reach metro station - Dashuying , I will comeback for stay again for sure.

Location is good, short distance from metro station, 3 stops to tourist area and easy transfer to airport. Room is spacious with nice chinese style garden. We booked a package with afternoon tea which is required reservation before an hour. I called the hotel at 4pm and confirmed the tea to be served upon check in at 5pm. Then when we check in, the staff told that the tea is not yet deliver due to not enough manpower. So we wait patiently until 5.40pm then we ask again, guess what, the staff ask us hangout first if we can't wait, they can serve it at night. I booked for afternoon tea then they want to serve it as supper?? It make me a lot frustrate. The worst part is, after we going out they text me and said the tea is ready to serve and they already put it in my room! Immediate i show my concern on guest privacy which they should ask for permission to get in my room, then they said they not yet go in? Its incoherent. They should improve customer service and knowledge in hotel service as its a proper hotel not homestay.

Such an oriental feel this hotel has both in day and night. Even though it's a small hotel, it is very clean with great breakfast and amazing staff who helped us in our every need. They even called cab for us last day and gave one small present to my son. Hotel location is quiet good as taxis are so cheap in kunming so you can just go anywhere. We were very happy to stay here.

excellent service , we arrived at the hotel before check in time , front desk willing to let us check in earlier and gave us free upgrade due to our room was not ready at that time. the only cons we got no space to put our clothes/towel in the bathroom , other than that all is well.

Great hotel and servicr

Location is the middle of the centre district and train station. Convenient with Didi. Staffs are super helpful and services are top notch. Room is spacious.

We booked a triple room n it’s spacious,clean. Everything you need is provided. Breakfast is good but variety is limited. Near to dashuying station. Will repeat stay if coming to kunming again.
