Wanda Realm Kunming anmeldelser

We stayed at the Walma Realm for an overnight stay. The location was convenient for our further travel plans. As we arrived late in the evening and left late at night I m not able to say much about the environment. The room was very comfortable and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was plentiful with many options to choose from. I can recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in this part of Kunming.

Very comfortable hotel for an overnight layover. Value for money family suites. It is a tad far from the usual Kunming haunts and largely confined our activities to the mall couple hundred of metres down the road, which has everything from food to entertainment. Would recommend if just here to spend the night to catch a flight/train out elsewhere but probably not as a base for exploring Kunming

This hotel is quite new and located a bit far from the old city centre. However, there is 1min away a metro station, so it's okay. The hotel is new and staff is nice. But, they don't open the door from your car or taxi, which is a bit bad. Also, you need to say to them to take your luggage, they don't do it automatically. I know, complaining on a high level, but it's a 5 star hotel...

a short trip - transferring from Kunming to another city. Close to the railway station and bus station. However quite far from city center & other places of interests. Service is super nice and hotel looks very new and shinny. Good view in room too

Close to South Railway. New hotel so still room for staff development. Neat and clean though.

The hotel is still brand new, really clean with good amenities, the room is spacious and comfy, stayed at 36th floor with good view, the location is good, Wanda plaza just next door, easy to get around and just 7-8 minutes away from south railway station and about 30-40 minutes to downtown kunming, the staff on front office, the concierge and restaurant reception really friendly and helpful, good service, the breakfast is really good for only RMB 50 additional since I’m booking room only, the buffet dinner foods also good with many variety worth the price, the only down point is the service during buffet dinner, there many staff also the supervisor and manager around but no body really taking care of the guest, from the time you sit down on the table no body seems to care, the empty plates is piling up on my table and guest next table as well and no body care to take it away or change the cutleries (even some of the local Chinese restaurant have much better service than this), instead few staff get together in pasta section talking and laughing once a while smile with the guest but no service, hope it can be improved.

Great hotel. clean, large rooms, many facilities, nice staff, great restaurant and is built on a mall. very close to a metro station but far from the railway station and the city center is about 45 minutes from the metro station that is close to the hotel.

The hotel is very good and definitely worth the money. Only setback that taxi is hard to get. Other then this, all are good

入住酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。首先，酒店的位置很好，鄰近昆明南站，周邊設施齊全，出行購物都很方便。酒店前台服務很棒1212，辦理入住和退房手續快捷，讓人感覺很舒心，房間安排的寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，讓人一夜好眠。餐飲方面，酒店的自助早餐種類豐富，味道可口。此外，酒店還提供了健身房、游泳池等休閑娛樂設施，讓住客在閑暇之餘得到放鬆，酒店附近有撈魚河，海晏村等景點，有七彩雲南第一城商圈，可以逛逛街，購物很方便，和家人住在這裏很舒服，總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意，服務一級棒，值得推薦12。

最近因為出門旅遊，路過昆明中轉，住了萬達嘉華酒店，這體驗真挺不錯的，必須得給它點個大大的贊！3333333 我們坐了一天的車，晚上才到酒店，那叫一個累啊。一到酒店門口，就有門僮服務員主動過來幫我拿行李，態度可熱情了，還一直笑着跟我打招呼，瞬間就感覺沒那麼疲憊了。 再説位置吧，那叫一個方便！就在萬達廣場旁邊，看電影也方便，出門走幾步就有地鐵站，高鐵站也近，打車去機場也容易。要是去斗南或者七彩雲南歡樂世界，交通很順暢，基本沒咋耽誤時間，周邊還有不少小餐館，吃飯啥的特別方便，感覺生活氣息挺濃的。 再講講房間。一進去，就感覺挺敞亮的，房間佈局合理，床軟乎乎的，躺上去老舒服了，被子也沒有那種怪味道。房間裏的設施也很齊全。電視能收到好多頻道，晚上沒事的時候看看電視解悶兒挺好的。空調啥的都能正常用，wifi 信號也不錯，晚上躺床上刷手機一點也不卡頓。衞生間也挺乾淨的，熱水供應足，洗個澡挺舒暢的。游泳池的水質清澈見底，水温適宜。健身房看着也挺不錯。 酒店的服務那也是沒得説。前台的小哥哥小姐姐們都挺熱情的，辦理入住的時候效率可高了，尤其是他們的經理還耐心地給我們介紹酒店的設施和服務，有什麼不懂的問他們，都能得到很詳細的解答。有一回我們出去回來晚了，忘記帶房卡，他們經理也還主動幫忙開門，感覺很貼心呢。在我住店期間，有一次我不小心把衣服弄臟了，給前台打了個電話詢問有沒有洗衣服務，他們很快就幫我安排了，而且收費也很合理，洗得還特別乾淨，讓我非常滿意。 還有啊，酒店的早餐挺豐富的，有稀飯、饅頭、小菜，還有一些熱乎的雞蛋啥的，還有當地的一些特色小吃，味道還行，吃得飽飽的，開啟一天的好心情。 總的來説，這家酒店就是那種讓人住着踏實、舒服的地方，各方面都挺滿意，價格也實惠，下次要是再來這邊，肯定還住這兒，也推薦給朋友們！
