Friendly staff at counter. Helpful maintenance staff. Good respond by hotel WhatsApp. Looking forward for next stay month of July. Notes: next visit I don't want room 1308. Room unclean.

My recent stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory, though not particularly memorable. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were generally polite and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean and had the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, but it lacked the attention to detail or charm that might have made the experience stand out. While the location was convenient and made it easy to get around, some aspects of the hotel felt a bit dated and could benefit from renovation or improvement. The facilities were functional, though not especially modern or luxurious. Noise levels were manageable, and housekeeping maintained a reasonable standard of cleanliness. In summary, the hotel served its purpose for a short trip. It wasn’t exceptional, but it provided a reasonable level of comfort. With a few updates and some more attention to service quality, it could offer a much more enjoyable experience.

Room is clean and tidy..near to the waterfront..it takes 10 minutes only from the hotel..

The place is nice, right in the middle of the city. Likewise the amenities is average like any other 3 star hotels. For the price to pay at a little more than a hundred RM, I would rate it good because of the location and furthermore it has its own private balcony with a stunning view.

It is scary, in order to get to the room have to go through a corridor. If you are alone, not recommended. Old building with funny smell. Currently the hotel is under renovation, I think this is why I have to go through a scary corridor in order to get to my room.

Walking distance to waterfront.. Near to pullman hotel.. Pool is satisfactory.

Affordable price for 5D4N stay got the same room as shown on picture, breakfast was awesome and delicious 🫶🏻✨. I'm glad found this place in Kuching, its near with waterfront Kuching. Plus, got access to the swimming pool (closed at 6pm) and had so much fun.

The facilities are below par. The condtions of the room are terrible and need upgrading. The reception and checking areas are oddly located on the 6th floor of the office block. Makes it very confus8ng. The fridge provided is not cold. Cleaners mopp8ng the floor left it wet and without signage. I almost clipped and fall.

We have to change lift from the reception area in order to get to our room which was quite troublesome. The corridor to our room was quiet and could be dangerous especially for those travelling alone. Some furniture in the room need to be changed.

Room is spacious with alot of nearby shops for eateries. Very strategic location for a hotel. Check in and check out process are very straightforward and simple also.

I really love staying at this hotel. The room Premier for 2 rooms is very big and everything was great.

We arrived Kuching at night time, it was hard to locate the hotel as there is no signboard, just small banner at the front lobby. The reception is on different level, to locate the lift to go to the room also a bit confusing at first. If you’re travelling with kids, this can be a bit hustle. Room has this old building smell, the water heater sometimes not working. May need to wait a little bit for it to work again after one is done. Other than that is just okey. Maybe suitable for solo or couple travellers. Not really suitable for families with kids.
