Overall okay, except in room dining service. Called at midnight for an order but it seems they can’t manage the spike orders from the hungers.

Good location, nice & clean spacious room with ample of amenities. Beds are comfy with pillow selections. Good customer service & checking in & out is a breeze. The only downside is the buffet selections are limited. Hope they can add on more selections & change the menu daily to avoid the same food everyday. Other than that everything is good & it is worth staying . 👍

Helpful but less friendly reception staff. Good location in the heart of Bukit Bintang, so do expect jam. Lastly, can you imagine if you sit or step on the sofa with a needle hidden on it?

i requested for the king bed end up get two bed.already call the fornt office like dont want to entertain!! the front desk tyra shud send her for training how to entertain guest..

Stayed in The Level Suite, super comfortable room. Great location right in front of Timesquare , but room was so comfortable we stayed in whole day

It is said to be the residence of Tan Kim Seng. It is nicely renovated with the charm of Melaka architecture. It is within few minutes of walk from most attractions.

Location of hotel is central and at the doorstep of Imbi monorail station. It is also a short 10 mins walk to the main shopping street in Bukit Bintang area. However the hotel lobby is in need of refurbishment and the rooms / bathroom feel dated. It is also very dim in the bathroom and extremely cramped. Shampoo and bath gel quality can also be improved.

The room is very clean, big and well equipment also the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is great. There are variety of food. Location is near Imbi station and opposite Berjaya Time Square

Nice but too expensive RM357 without breakfast and u will got the 2 single bed only. If you want king bed size u will add extra money RM10". If u book this room on that price they dont have provide the hair dryer.
