An older 4* hotelv with numerous top features. No cafe. Only 1 ethnic restaurant. No shops. No shopping of any items. Only Commercial shops and buildings around. Needed grab to go out and return.

Stayed at a hotel near TRX, and I had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located within a residence, so it’s in a very quiet and peaceful area, perfect if you’re looking to escape the city noise. The room was really spacious, and I loved how they provided a full set of cutleries in the kitchen, making it super convenient to cook or prepare your own meals. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a lovely greenery view, which made the whole stay feel more relaxing. Another plus is the convenience – there’s a mall within walking distance, so getting breakfast, lunch, or dinner was never a problem. If you’re a coffee lover, Zus Coffee is just a minute away, making it easy to grab your caffeine fix. Overall, a great place to stay if you want peace and quiet, with the bonus of having everything you need nearby.

Had a pleasant stay! Pricey yes but worth it. All are good except for pillows a bit smelly.above all still a must repeat hotel to stay next visit to KL!

The room is good. Other facilities are also satisfactory. Only the the road to enter the location is quite sheltered.

Excellent and quiet place.  Came in late night and service was fast and excellent.   Definitely will come back.

The hotel is old but very clean. The ambience is suitable for staycation. The room is big and clean. The bathroom also big and clean. Complete kitchen set. The location just nerby KLCC and Pavilion.

Room was big and the receiptionist was really helpful and warm.

We chose Micasa cos of its proximity to S’pore High Comm. Had an apt there. So near. Just cross d overhead bridge outside hotel to opposite road. Hotel is old but room is clean, spacious & staffs are well trained with good svc. Comfortable pillow & bed. Had a corner room on d 6th flr. V quiet. No traffic noise. Free parking. Walked to KLCC too. Approx. 3km 1 way. Not that bad in d evening but it cld b really hot during d day.

We stayed here for 9 nights, but I won't ever go back due to rude front desk staff. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Well equipped fitness center. Beautiful pool near several spots for tanning. Location isn't great and requires around 10 minutes of walking to nearest metro. Front desk staff members and manager or supervisor was rude. Woman at the front in hijab was very rude to my wife. Another front desk person in a black suit who looked like the manager was also very dismissive and refused to help when I needed coins for the laundry. The doormen and housekeeping were very friendly.

Very spacious room (45 Sq meters).  King Single Twin bed with really comfortable mattress.  There was a desk provided and a double couch as well.  Good size kitchenette with Fridge/Freezer, kitchen sink and oven were provided.   The Linc KL shopping mall just about 5 minutes walking distance.   The staff were friendly and welcoming.  Will stay again.
