Expected for the price paid. Furniture could really do with updating. Bathroom can be cleaner. Water pressure like waterfall 👍🏾 but heater seems not working. Wifi is slow but maybe due to room at the end of the corridor. Walking distance to Lalaport mall. Staff during check is pleasant. Check out express--go to check out key drop box near lobby exit.

Old hotel, crowded place, slow lift The only good is the location cause near to shopping

The hotel is dated. The initial room we were given have a broken sink and the cupboard door is damaged as well. After a complain to the front desk, we were given an upgrade to another room which is much better at a higher floor. Well dome to hotel for fixing the issues. Location is good, just across Lalaport BBCC. Breakfast is a bit of a nightmare as there are a lot of tour guest which make breakfast very crowded and long que.

I'm a frequent traveller and this is the first time I encounter room is dusty and dirty! Stayed at Furama Bukit Bintang as location is right opposite Lalaport and Berjaya Time Square. Location is indeed the good but the room housekeeping definitely need to buck up. Tv console was way too dusty! Cups was not wash and clean, carpet alot leftover nuts and tibits despite housekeeping was called in. They only do to make sure the bed is tidy. Housekeeping department seriously need alot of training.

when my friend and I got to our room, we were greeted with the Petronas Twin Tower view. it indeed was beautiful in broad daylight, and spectacular at night! what we didnt like was that our room at one glance seems clean, but when we double checked it was dusty (especially the kettle glass shelf), the toilet condition was a little off (shower door was "broken"), shower head was adjustable but cant angle it properly like it was loose, sink tap water took so long to change temperature, under the beds we slept on had some leftover rubbish and lots of dirt and dust (checked by accident because i dropped something). the windows were dirty as well, it had some dust and watermarks from the outside. and thats just about the room. what we also didnt expect was that we had to go down to the reception to get a WIFI router to have WIFI access in our room. what happened was, we tried the format stated on the key card holder to log in to the WIFI (eg. name of guest + room no. + password), we tried 3 times before calling the reception for help. we tried 2 more times after they asked to try again but still failed so we had to call them again. they said they'll call back and i initially thought maybe they'd send someone up but they called us about 10mins after to say "we'll give you a router, you can come to the reception counter to collect it". i was confused but i just said okay sure and hung up. so yeah we went to take the router, head back to the room and get it sorted out on our own. other than the room related stuffs, we also didnt like the buffet breakfast provided 🥲 it was really disappointing, the food options were limited, the food quality was not good (french toast was dry!!), the cups for hot drinks were dirty. we had the buffet once during our 4 days stay, and thats more than enough to say about the experience. no hard feelings though, the hotel is nearby berjaya times square, walking distance too. we like the comfy beds and tv channels. we hope theres some improvements made by the mangement there!

checking in with a bad experience, the staffs are rude, check in time at 2pm, but I was told that the check in time might be 3pm. Once I stepped into the room, the room is old and the carpet is smelly as well as the bathroom, the bathroom is disgusting like 1 star hotel in Bangkok, and the pillow and pillowcase are smell, I think the pillows have never changed for 5 years. It’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. So disappointed, I would never recommend anyone to stay at this Furama hotel in KL , I paid 95 USD per night.

Spacious room and bathroom, decent amenities with toiletries, work desk and seating area. Downside was the bed has sunk in center, no well maintained. Not much choices for breakfast. Complimentary Indoor parking for in house guest. Strategic at Bukit Bintang

Food: The food was enjoyable, with a variety of options available at the breakfast buffet and tasty dishes at the on-site restaurant. Overall: A pleasant stay with great service, comfortable facilities, and good food. A solid choice for accommodation in Kuala Lumpur.

Great location with great facilities. Value for money. 3 to 10 mins walk to Lalaport mall and Berjaya Times Square. 15 to 20 mins walk to Bukit Bintang area. Great that they allow me to check in early based on availability. Spacious room with the usual amenties in room - coffee/tea facilities, mini fridge, inroom safe, shower, shampoo, toothbrush and etc. Aircon is very strong and water heater pressure is powerful. I highly recommended this hotel.

All very nice,but playground closed until Tuesday..my son so sad.pool nice and can eat beside pool.

This is actually our 4th time staying at this hotel and we really love the location due to its convenience. there are 2 big shopping mall opposite the hotel, which was linked by a bridge outside the hotel's entrance. F&B in lounge also very nice. Best staff ! Have a huge playground in basement name Waka Waka, special rate for guest in hotel only RM10/kids all day long.
