Good place to stay. Bilik selesa, luas dan bersih. Barisan Receptionist yang sangat baik, peramah san sangat membantu. Kawasan strategik bagi yang nak shopping raya dan menikmati vibes puasa dan raya..very happening dangan bazar ramadhan & raya, meriah sampai pagi.

We booked this hotel for three days upon arriving in the city. From a property standpoint, the hotel is in a very worn-out condition. The lobby was welcoming, and the hospitality was good. However, we didn’t like the room we were given, so we asked for a change. The staff showed us six different rooms to choose from, but unfortunately, none met our expectations. In the end, we decided to cancel our stay. Huge thanks to the hotel manager—the cancellation process was smooth, and we received a full refund without any issues. Breakfast was included in the stay, but we didn’t try it since we chose not to stay at the hotel. Pros: Excellent staff and the inclusion of breakfast. Cons: The overall condition of the hotel—it feels very tired and in need of renovation.

There were coacroaches on the floor and beds sheets were dirty, lobby and corridor was so smelly I can’t believe this I strictly don’t recommend this hotel please don’t go there bco there was plenty of options in this price . Thanks

Went on weekend sat-sun for RM210.70 included breakfast for 3z Breakfast sangat biasa rasanya. There got nasi lemak with sambal and chicken curry, fried rice with cabbage soup, capati. For drinks got Juice, black tea and coffee. Not much for foods option. The room was very decent and quite beautiful. The only matters, air bertakung kat shower. Sink water takde option cold water. Bath water won’t drain while you taking a bath. Whenever i take a shower, water will be up to my ankles in a minute. Location best coz got big jakel mall and near to Jalan TAR. Parking for guest Rm6.60 only.

2nd time staying here. I like it because easy access and had parking lot. Only maintenance of buildings need to improve. Clean average, can see some bugs sometimes. Very friendly staff . I’m enjoyed staying there.

Reception only one hour person. Parking not free and charge per entry.

Room is ok for the price, room refrigerator and water heater is faulty and can't be used. Management will have to look and fix it. And basic facilities have to be provided to the guest. Foreign guests must pay city tourism tax of RM.10 upon arrival before check-in. recommended.

All okay. Cleaning staff are very punctual. I like the 2 girl staff at receptionist only they are very friendly and good communication service. The manager fahmi are rude. Baju nmpk slekeh mcm x terurus. First impression are really bad with this guy. Sorry. I had to say because he is really rude and not satisfied. Overall staying here are ok and comfortable.

They are all extremely kind and they really have ok breakfast not the best but just ok , it’s alright for the price and rooms on the 30th floor look renovated and okay

Nice hotel for short vocation with cheap prices

Short 1 night stay, was fairly decent. A bit crowded, but nice views and relatively spacious rooms for its price.

I was pleasantly surprised by my second stay at the property. Compared to my first stay, the room and ambiance were significantly improved. I decided to extend my stay. While the property is generally aged, some furnishings, such as door frames and side tables, may not be in optimal condition. However, the room was well-lit, and the air conditioning was in good working order. Both soft and firm pillows were porovided. I was also lucky ad the room has a stunning view of Menara KL

This this my first experience booking hotel Kuala Lumpur good place for stay and easy to visit twin towers.

It's good value for money, location is in little India and the food choices are limited. The showers didn't work properly with hot water not functioning.
