The bed sheet was dirty and clearly they didn't change the bedding at all after the last guest. The towels are very dated and dirty. Carpet very old and dirty! The hotel doesn't suitable to travel with kids. Below is a photo with spots and hairs!

Everything was good from room to food and roof top view 👍🏻👍🏻 Just the elevator a bit small and need to wait for long time (because only 2) especially during weekend (so many guest)

I need to visit friends in Mont Kiara, so this is automatically a good choice to stay. Clean plce, comfy bed and stunning biew from the rooftop.

The carpet seem so dirty. The reception not really fast attend my request. When I said the blanket got blood still don’t want help me to change it. Thank you for birthday special compliment

Comfortable stay even without the windows. Room is clean and pleasant to live in. Carpark is still chargable for in- house guests.

Dapat bilik berbau rokok kuat sangat, tp nasib baik boleh tukar.. then the breakfast buffet is so disappointed me, I can give 2/10 only .. Croissant lemau macam dah lama punya, first and last staycation kat sini ..

Booked because of company event at nearby MITEC. No complaint about the room, which was great. I just wished the wall sockets can be used directly for 2-point chargers.

Check-in was smooth upon arrival in the evening. Located in Mont Kiara area, and short ride away from MITEC. Traveling into KLCC may take more time depending on day and time of the week. Hartamas mall is within walking distance, and several other blocks of shops, restaurants and cafes surrounding the hotel. Spacious room with windows, the equipment in my room were functioning properly. Nice rooftop pool with a view into KLCC and fitness facilities. Daily housekeeping is efficient. Seems like infused water is provided in the evenings too. Overall a pleasant stay, will return if I need to be based around this area.

My choice of hotel every time I went to KL for business. The room with window was spacious enough, clean and comfort. Near to shopping malls and restaurants so easy to have good food. The check in process was quick and we were served by complimentary drink that was so refreshing. Can see KLCC tower afar from my window. Beautiful!

Love the location, not too crowded and all facility is there.. shop and all. Will repeat, great place to stay

Staff at receptionist well trained and helpfull Room a bit small compare to other hotel and please make sure book the room with window or your life will be miserable 😂 Got only 2 lift with 27 level. Fuhh i this is the biggest challenging for me with toddlers 😮💨 Swimming pool better swim at night if go swim siang hari memang panasss. Kesian kat anak2 x enjoy sebab panas 😅 Breakfast okey cuma x banyak choices View at top is sooo lawa ❤️
