The apartment had not been cleaned , there were hairs everywhere , bed stand , bedding, downstairs floor. The bedding had huge stains and was dirty, the bedding had not been changed..when they changed them , they were yellowish and very old. The bathroom had a faucet leak and if you turned the water on it would gush water non stop . The couch was full of stains . The staff returned my text they send people to clean and it took all the evening til 10 pm to get things fixed .. I ask for a refund for that 1st night or extend my stay , they said no and quoted me extra than what I paid online if I wanted to extend. No consideration for all the trouble we went through . They send a plumber at 10 pm and he could not fix the problem . The following day they wanted to send another plumber after 10:40 pm .. we were two women , we could not let a stranger in our apartment that late .. they never fixed the faucet.

I had a great stay at Arte Mont Kiara by Bai Yi. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortably fit up to 4 people. It’s also fully equipped with a kitchen, smart TV, fridge, and washing machine — very convenient! The building has great facilities like a swimming pool and gym, and the ambience is modern and relaxing. Location is also strategic, close to cafes, restaurants, and malls. For the price, it’s definitely a great value. Highly recommended!

Very bad service. While check in, it needs you to collect the key from the mail box by yourself. You need a password to open the mail box, since no password was given so I asked for the password and only was told that the password will not be provided until 3 pm check in time. Despite I told them I will reach around 2 pm and asked them is there a possibility to get the key an hour earlier, totally no response from them. So I had to detour and make other arrangement. By the time reached there around 4 pm, the password yet to provide and I had to ask for it several times because they only provided me a password to open the mail box but not the safety box which the key is inside the safety box which is inside the mail box. It is A class security for them to protect the key but only for their safety. Room is filthy and I have attached the photos and you judge it yourself. I managed to check out around 11 am and managed to put back the keys inside the box. While during check out time, this time they willing to communicate by calling you and sending the threatening massage if check out later then 1 pm, you need to pay the fine by rm 50 per hour. Feel like they run this property as air bnb with no trust basis and treating badly. Since there are many air bnb operators around where my friends receiving first class services, so I would advise don’t book under this Ba Yi operator unless you want your mood to be spoiled.

No coffee table while watching movie is a bad experience. Sleeping was like sleep on the spring... Cheap mattress... Worse is no electricity supply in the mid night this made us to move out from the unit and have to look for another place...

Very good place to stay, clean and with privacy. Easy place to get ehailing and food. The host is responsive and prompt in feeding the information you required.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with a stunning view of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities—such as the mini-bar, high-speed Wi-Fi, and luxury toiletries—added a nice touch.

Bedsheet clearly can seen dust and itchy for my roommate. Toilet bowl was broken and cloth hanger at bathroom are all broken. No place to hang cloth.
