Spacious, Well-Equipped, and Excellent Service! I loved staying here! The space is incredibly spacious, which made our stay so comfortable. The place is fully equipped with everything you could need—microwave, oven, washing machine, and even a bathtub for relaxation. The customer service was outstanding too. The team responded quickly to messages online and was always polite, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a convenient, well-appointed, and welcoming place to stay!

This is the worst room and service that we had all over KL. The toilet is so smelly, the bedsheet seems like not being changed for quite some time, the water pressure is low, and to make it worst is, the floor is sticky and oily. We supposed to check out at 11am, and the bangladeshi staff knock our door at 10:30am and straight away check all the room and ask us to leave. He even want us to rate their room infront of him. And not to forget, they will ask for RM 300 cash deposits or else they will not hand over the room key. Only cash ya. During our stay, 2 times our door been knocked by other guest saying that they are supposed to stay in our room and show us the same room key as ours. This is so messed up. To all, there are better accomodation with cheaper price and better location compare to this. As summary, very bad stay, bad service experience.

Great stay as usual at mews have been coming here every other year to enjoy the skyline. Customer service was good, the check-in process a little bit different than usual but well guided thru. Customer service team was able to change my parking spot upon request.

The unit is well maintained and have a 5 star’s level charm to it. You have everything you needed throughout the stay from hair dryer to washing machine and kitchen’s cooking appliances. However, you might need to bring your own toothbrush for the stay. They have a smart TV for entertainment and a bathtub is a bonus although I have no chance to use it yet due to tight schedules. The management team is very responsive and helpful. Well done! Will definitely coming back for the next trip!

Towels old and smelly ！ The air conditioning in the master bedroom is not working properly, the air conditioning is not clean and there are fingerprints on it.The mattress is too hard, don't stay if you require a soft bed. 750 1 night is not a reasonable price.

Great accommodation with beautiful view and nice facilities. Like an appartement. The only thing you need to get accustomed to is there is no regular lobby for check in or inquiries….but the what’s app contact is very nice and they will send an employee asap to take care of your demands. Very secure facility as well with security guards. Highly recommended

The unit is spacious and clean. Kitchen equipped with all kitchenware and water filter machine. The large and clean bathtub in the bathroom make our days. Balcony with Swimming pool view. Very good and responsive customer service by Fifi. Highly recommended!

I had a pleasant stay at The Mews Kuala Lumpur, and overall, it was a great experience. The client service was excellent—the staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. The location was another highlight, conveniently situated in the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Despite being in a central area, the accommodation offered a peaceful and comfortable environment.
