Nice & chic Inn for a relaxing staycation . Varieties of restaurants & foods in the surrounding neighbourhoods. On top of that , access to TRX mall & MRT station just within 5mins walking from the hotel. Overall I like the vibe of the hotel & modern room ambience . The only negative side is the yellow 🚾 stained .Perhaps cleaner can try pour 100ml bleach(Clorox) + 1tbsp of soda bicarbonate into 🚾,, leave the solution for 1/2hours at least . Stubborn stained might need to repeated few washes to get rid of it . Hehe … I am not promoting anything here !

Modern room and very nice view city and very near with TRX mall and MRT station.only less than 3 minute walk from hotel. Very easy access and the staff very helpful and so kind to customer

Amazing facilities and location. A couple of minutes walk from food, cafes and malls.

When I checked in, I was greeted by this Indian lady who wasn’t the friendliest. But during my check out, this Malay lady’s customer service deserves a compliment. She was very approachable and helpful. In fact, she gave me a free tote bag because my room was infested with ants on the second day. Room wise, I got upgraded to a loft so that’s nice. Very aesthetically pleasing. Personally, I don’t like how I have to climb up and down just to head to the washroom at night since it’s 2 storeys. The smart Tv didn’t work at all. I love the view of TRX, it was perfect. The room was clean and pristine. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary. Just good. But the restaurant was quite cramped! Hotel located opposite a nasi kandar stall which opens 24 hours so that’s really convenient!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, both during the day and night shifts, which made my stay feel warm and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight for me, especially the curry noodles—absolutely delicious! The café staff maintained their cheerful demeanor even during the busy morning crowd, which was impressive. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The soundproofing in the rooms was inadequate, as I could hear people walking and talking in the corridor. Additionally, the shower area could use some enhancements—the shower blinds didn’t effectively block water from splashing, leaving the toilet area wet after every use. Despite these minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the friendly atmosphere and great breakfast offerings. With a few improvements, it could be an even better experience.

This is my second time stay at Lloyd's , it's been my one and only choices from now on when travel to KL , exceptional and seemless check in prosess . Well strategic location , nice and chill breakfast .

Nice interior. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I like the shower and bathtub. The location is just nearby TRX Mall. The pool is so small. The breakfast is not variety.

Location is strategic, close to mrt station and trx mall. Overall was good.

Hi, nice cozy hotel. The only con are that the cafe staff does not understand english well & as guests we misunderstood & thought breakfast quantiity was unlimited but actually limit to 2 sets per room. Toilet rolls are also limited to 1 per room per day as stated by reception. But when approach housekeeping, they provide up to 3. Thanks.

Booked the reading room, and it was a cute room concept, but small. It does come with a swing in the patio, which is accessible through the room and bathroom. However, when you shower, the water tends to flow out to the patio and/or near the toiletbowl area and does not dry up fully after a night sleep. It seemed that there’s a slightly tiltled design between the shower and the toiletbowl causing the water to stay stagnant there. Overall, a pleasant stay I would say as it’s quite a walking distance to TRX and opposite the hotel, there’s a 24 hours eatery.
