Management should send me the check in details few days before check in date, but didn't receive, when i arrive hotel lobby have no idea how to check in and where to get room key. Call the number provided no answer need to WhatsApp to get the check in details. Take me 45 minutes to get in to the room. Room cleaning need to be upgrade, previous customer left over jacket inside the cabinet oso never notice.

Overall it’s a very nice place to stay at with huge shopping mall within walking distance. Cleanliness can be improved, owner needs to do some pest cleaning.

I have never encountered such a rubbish and rude homestay. The person in charge spoke in a very rude manner. I booked this homestay more than a month ago and paid all the money for the stay when I made the reservation. After paying, there was no additional fee shown for me to pay. A few days before I was about to stay, I saw that there was Rm20 to pay under the accommodation fee. At that time, I didn’t know what the Rm20 fee was, so I just Not taking it seriously, on the day, my friends and I all went downstairs and I sent the message to the person in charge. When I messaged him and asked him, I felt that his attitude was very rude. When I asked him how to get to my accommodation and where to park the car. Every time I asked him, he said "Please pay Rm20 first before I can let you know how to get to your accommodation". I was very angry and had no choice but to pay Rm20.When I paid Rm20, I realized that the fee was a cleaning fee. I have never encountered a homestay or hotel charging cleaning fees. His cleaning lady should be as expensive as gold. It costs Rm20 to clean a room. The environment is quite good. The bedsheets in the room are very old like those of ordinary hotels. The toilet is not ventilated and quite dirty. If you want to stay here, please think twice and check whether there are any additional charges after booking.

Overall the unit is quite clean, but there will always be some tiny cockroaches.

Perhaps Trip.com can provide clearer information to customers for their reference. It might also be helpful to advise hotels or property agents to contact booking users in advance to share check-in guidelines, especially when there is no front desk service available. My friend and I faced some inconvenience during our stay because we didn’t receive any email or message in advance with guidance for the check-in process. Thank you.

Host is good. Overall not too bad but cleanses so far can be more improve

The room condition is quite good. Can found small cockroaches in the bathroom. Parking is not free and charged on an hourly basis. Very nearby Pavillion Bukit Jali within walking distance. An extra RM 20 will be charged for cleaning fees.

Location is ideal. Room seems clean, but occasionally you see ants and mini cockroaches. Towels and bedsheets are dark colours instead of usual white... Top of refrigerator has a layer of dust. No microwave oven. No metal bowl, pots or pans for the electric range top cooker... Key and security card are self collect from letter box...

It was smaller than the expection, and hv cockroach inside. Pls improve the decorations especially the toilet.

Nice place,easy fine food ,but the parking very expansive.

Apartment condo is in a great location opposite Pavilion. From lobby, lifts, staffs are all ok. Room is simple, no fuss and most importantly, i felt safe. Basic facilities like iron, hairdryer, wifi, fridge all in working order. Only thing found previous occupant's food still in the microwave which was a real turn off

I am here solely for the convenient location to Pavilion Bukit Jalil (PBJ) that's just right opposite REVO, and the free shuttle bus from PBJ to Awan Besar LRT station. They have a pleasant BBQ area, a gym and a beautiful swimming pool at the top though. The room I stayed has no washing machine, and minimal cooking utensils. No plug point at the table area. Don't be picky about the room if you want to stay here. :)

Room was big,corner. But cleanness need to improvement,got small bug in toilet.
