Booked this place for the infinity pool - view was great but gets crowded easily. Fitness centre was basic and only opened at 8 or 9am. Not too much around the hotel so had to catch Grab to get anywhere.

The unit is very clean with new modern furniture. Check-in and out were easy and fast. Infinity swimming pool was the best with perfect KL view.

Great location and views from the roof top pool

The pool view is amazing! Of course, most people are taking pictures, so it's a bit crowded for swimming, but it's still nice to walk around. The view from the room is also quite beautiful! It's a new building, so I didn't see any bugs and it was clean! It's not well-known yet, so there were a lot more people at The Face Suites' pool.

The room is excellent,clean and the ambient is so nice..good for a family of four for staycation.im looking forward to check in again whenever we have travel in part of malaysia.

I was upset that I stayed in this hotel , the room and the beds were so dirty, especially the beds and floor small so bed. , the blanket was so dirty with towels

No small towels only provides the big bath towels. Shower head is leaking, bathtub water is running too slow. Front desk service counter is not friendly. Said the room is non-smoking, but I can smell smoke when entering the room. It seems to be a share hotel, there's some check in counters at the lobby.

Room is spacious and nice. Just checking in experience is very blur as few hotel counter at one lobby

Doesn’t deserve ‘hotel’ status. Pros : - Lovely & spacious room. High quality appliances in the room. - Lovely building. Cons - Parking is free. If u have the passcard. Used via Resident lane. Which is informed and given only after you check in. So if u park your car before checking in..( like all normal mortals do..) go figure. - Counter staff looks & dress like Ahlong when i checked in. Overall no hospitality. Pleasant only when checking out. - Paid for junior suite. But no coffee or tea sugar etc in the room. Only utensils & hot cold water dispensers. Bring your own. - No room service. Order grab. Self pickup, allowed only at the far corner outside the building. - Dirty carpets - Uncomfortable & firm pillow. Mattress is comfy though. - No pool towels for guest. Only for resident. Both use same pool. Which is mostly crowded, people take other people lounge chair anyway. Wonderful mainland chinese tourist. Pool water was murky & disgusting. Among the worst i’ve ever been in despite the gorgeous view. Not for laps swimmer. Only vanity / instagram dipper. - Only 2 bath towels given. Linen changed only if u stay beyond 2 days. And bring that towel to the pool as well.

Very spacious room, good view in roof top. Very helpful staff during stay.

Real clean with nice views, our view was the kl tower view location is great as well
