Awesome hotel with swimming pool and nearby restaurants. We stayed for a long 11 days. Despite the rooms needing renovations or re-decorating, the friendliness of staff from reception topped it. Tour bookings and motorbike can be hired here too but I can't recommend the motorbike rent, as I had a little misunderstanding with the price after re-renting (ruined the day for me). Other than that, its only 3 minutes drive to Ao Nang beach ok the bike or 30 min walk. It's also near some small cafe by the beach a very nice quiet place for relaxing.

Hotel has good location near local restaurants. The swimming pool outside was ok. For our stay we were very disappointed. The room was very old and dirty. Especially the bathroom was not cleaned properly. After first night we complain and ask for new room. The room they showed us was worse than the first room so we keep the first room for our stay and ask for better cleaning of the room. Even after that the cleaning was insufficient and one day even after 3pm they had not clean the room yet. For us everywhere basics are ok, but this was outrageous. If the rooms are old and dirty, then renovate it before accomodating guests. Price was cheap but with this conditions we recommend to pay more and get a cleaner place.

We stayed at Hasna palace for 9 nights, the pool is okay and the location is good on the Main Street at the top, but we were not happy with the service. We stayed for 9 days and the bed sheets were not changed, towels not changed either, I had to go out and ask for them to make up the room. I would come back from day trips and the room would be still unmade.. I had to ask for toilet paper twice as they weren’t making the room up. The air conditioning freezes and huge ice chunks fall from the machine.. luckily we weren’t underneath it but it soaked the room 3 times. I also took down washing to be washed and they told me it would be ready next morning and I should pay the 50 baht per kilo which was agreed and shown on the tablet the next morning I went down to get my washing at 8:30 as was said, it wasn’t ready however this isn’t a problem I said okay so they said she will bring it in 2 hours. They brought it and said it is 180 baht.. for 3 kilos. I explained they told me it was 50 and they said they took it somewhere else so it’s more expensive.. I told them you can’t change the price after I give my clothes or I would do it myself and take it elsewhere for cheaper. So they gave the 30 baht back. I wouldn’t mind much either for this but the clothes I got back were not even clean, they were actually dirtier than how I sent them. And 2 items of clothing shrunk (assuming from tumble dryer) which I told them not to put in. I cant get the new stains out the clothes, which weren’t there before. We were awoken at 5:30 in the morning or just after several times from music blasting in the corridors, singing, people shouting and speaking very loudly. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. But overall it isn’t the worst place but there is lots of room for improvement. Just keep these in mind if you are planning to stay here😀

It was a very nice stay. Not to far to the beach. Good value for money. I will definately come back.

The location is absolutely great, nearby all you can eat especially Halal food is all around, below the hotel is also a great Halal restaurant. 7-11 is just 2 minutes by walk. The staff is really helpful

I loved my stay here it was my first time . The family is very nice and they gave me a lovely room. Papa helped me with my bags the morning I left it was at 5am.. Lovely family 🤩 and nice hotel. Thanks my new Hasna Family , I will be back

Мы забронировали заранее (за 2 месяца) один номер на 2 ночи. Когда мы приехали в 10 часов вечера в отеле не было свободных номеров. Это ужасно, нам предложили поехать в другой отель на одну ночь и потом на следующий день вернутся ещё на одну ночь в hasna. Это очень неудобно. У нас пропал целый день, так как пришлось переезжать из одного отеля в другой. В другом отеле не было бассейна. Получилась очень неприятная ситуация. В Hasna хороший бассейн и детская горка, мои дети были довольны.

제가 지도를 제대로 보지못한바람에 아오낭비치까지 도보로 30분가까이 소요되었어요. 아이랑 걷긴힘든 거리였어요. 근처 고댕국수집이 맛있고 저렴하고 숙소는 오래되었지만 깨끗하고 시원했어요. 숙소주변이 조용해서 너무 좋았고 공항차량 이용때 먼저 내리거나 마지막 탑승이기 때문에 편했어요 끄라비는 첫방문이였는데 나중에 다시가고싶은 멋진곳이였어요.
