Property location is very perfect. Accessible to all the nearest shops and railway station. It was a very comfortable stay. Only thing was that they forgot to put motor. We had trouble for the water in the early morning. Otherwise hotel is very nice and clean. The room was spacious too

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. *highlights* - friendly and efficient check-in/check process - excellent location just near the kottayam railway station, within walking distance to-out process - excellent location, within walking distance to major attractions - impressive breakfast spread with varied options *suggestions for improvement* - room service menu could be more extensive - minor issue with little suffocation at toilet & wash room *overall* the ariyaas regency exceeded my expectations, becoze deluxe room rent was 2273- only per day, offering a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking a medium level hotel experience"
