Vi boede på hotellet fra 29.09 til 06.10.2024 Dette var vores første familieferie i Tyrkiet. Vi gjorde det rigtige valg af hotel. Selvom det i første omgang så ud til, at det ville være svært at flytte rundt på hotellet, og du kunne fare vild, er alt faktisk ret logisk opbygget. Værelserne var rene og moderne. Badeværelset var anstændigt. Minibaren var gratis (selvom der stod skrevet, at den først skulle fyldes op med vand fra andendagen, var vores børn så glade for personalet, at de altid havde deres yndlings iste i køleskabet.) Vi var tilfredse med maden. Hovedrestauranten havde et stort udvalg, alle fandt noget for sig selv. Vi spiste for det meste der morgen og aften. Til frokost valgte vi restauranten Flow ved poolen eller restauranten på stranden. Vi spiste for det meste frokost på strandrestauranten på grund af den vidunderlige udsigt og dejlige havbrise. Drikkevarerne var okay. Børnene blev tilbudt milkshakes i lobbyen. De kunne virkelig godt lide det. Vi drak for det meste enten vin, hvilket var godt, eller nogle cocktails. Busser fra hotellet tager dig til centrum af Konakli og Alanya. Dette var en god måde at besøge basarerne og butikkerne på. Stranden var sandet, hvilket var fantastisk til børn. Mens du snorklede, kunne du se krabber, søpindsvin og forskellige fisk. Der var aftenaktiviteter for børn og voksne, men min familie og jeg deltog ikke i dem, fordi vi brugte tiden på at gå eller bare snakke og hvile. Afslutningsvis har hele vores familie virkelig nydt denne uge, og vi vil være tilbage på samme tid i år.

Samlet set havde jeg en vidunderlig oplevelse på hotellet. Tjenesten var fremragende, og personalet var usædvanligt venligt. Jeg er sikker på, at du ikke vil fortryde, at du valgte dette hotel til din ferie. Jeg vil også gerne rette en særlig tak til Aslan og Enver for deres fremragende service i baren.

Hotellet levede ikke op til mine forventninger. Serviceorienteret mod at modtage tip. Ikke grundigt rengjorte værelser, ingen skift af håndklæder uden en påmindelse. Ensformig mad, at ankomme til middag en time efter restaurantens åbning betød tømmer eller kun chips og grøntsager.

Vi reserverede dette hotel i 10 nætter, det var en dejlig oplevelse. Hotellet er rart, vi havde et værelse i etage -3, som var en perfekt beliggenhed, var tæt på hovedrestaurant, pool, bar..spa. Må sige, at SPA slet ikke var den bedste. Personalet er meget søde og høflige, desværre taler ikke alle engelsk, men det var svært at kommunikere med nogle af personalet. Servitricer er meget søde og hjælpsomme, det var en travl tid til middag, og de forsøger altid at finde et bord. Stor tak til DEVRIM , han var super sød ved os . Animatørerne er fantastiske 👏 . Om maden Ikke meget at vælge til morgenmad, frokost serveret på strandbaren var den bedste 👌 men kan ikke sige det samme om snackbaren. Middag, masser af forskellige valg, bar og cocktails er OK.

Jeg har været på dette hotel fire år tidligere, og det var fantastisk. Denne gang ikke så god. Vi ankom tidlige timer, ikke en komplet drink, forfriskning eller endda en snack! Hotellets personale meget uhøfligt ved ankomsten, ingen informationspakke vedrørende morgenmad gange måltider pool barer osv.. ingen anelse om på elevatorer elevatorer overhovedet. Tabte tre dage på at finde rundt. Telefon på værelset virkede ikke, så ingen kontakt med receptionen, jeg brugte det meste af min ferie på at prøve at ordne alt, hvad der var galt. Ikke ideel til engelsktalende mennesker overhovedet. Jeg bad om en ekstra pude, og de gav mig et pudebetræk. Ingen kommunikation overhovedet. Maden var abisamal, jeg og min mor måtte spise ude hver aften. Overfyldt pool. Kunne ikke engang slappe af, måtte sidde ved siden af ​​poolen på sæder hele dagen. Alle fødevareetiketter på morgenmad var alle på et andet sprog. Ingen bordservice, borde var beskidte, stærk lugt af afløb. Ingen chance for at se tv ingen engelsk. Aircondition virkede ikke. Hvor skal jeg starte? ... Første indtryk er, at hotellet er luksuriøst og storslået, men den følelse forsvinder ret hurtigt. Et meget usædvanligt og forvirrende system omkring gulve og elevatorer, (man skulle trække 4 fra for at komme til den etage, man ville, men måske var det bare mig, der ikke var god med tal 😁) masser af tid brugt på at vente på en... I et ophold på syv dage nød vi kun mad et par gange, vi fik fra rå kylling til stenkold suppe, betjent af særligt unge og, ex-kvalificerede studerende virkelig lader stedet ned. Underholdningen er dårlig og infantil, voksne, der pakker sig ind i en slags toiletrulle, børnene i børneklubben havde det sjovere end os, vi var fristet til at slutte os til dem, men hvis du rejser uden børn, ville det måske have løftet nogle øjenbryn... Det ledende personale var strålende og professionelle, de havde bare ikke mandskab til at drive et så stort hotel. Aircondition lavede kun en støj for at give indtryk af, at de fungerede, værelserne blev rengjort på en møntbasis sandsynligvis, vi er aldrig nye, hvis de dukker op eller ej, men igen mangel på personale, formoder jeg, hvilket ikke er en undskyldning, når du har betalt for en 'Deluxe'-oplevelse. På den lignende deprimerede note, undgå Travel Republic og Turkish Airlines for enhver pris, de havde ingen anelse om, at vores fly var blevet aflyst uger før vores rejse skulle, chokerende mangel på professionalisme og kommunikation. Vi er mere end skuffede, vi ville næsten ønske, at vi ikke prøvede så hårdt på at sikre alternative flyvninger.

Frygteligt hotel, et absolut undgåelse, især hvis du er britisk! Den såkaldte managers skandaløse holdning. Ikke at du ville vide, at han er manager, da han nægter at oplyse sit navn og ikke bærer et navneskilt. Ved ankomsten kl. 4:30 var vores værelse ikke klar, og vi blev efterladt i lobbyen og ventede uden nogen forklaring vedrørende forsinkelsen. Værelset rengøres ikke dagligt.... beskidte kopper tilbage, toilet ikke renset, glasspejl beskidt. Håndklæder udskiftes ikke dagligt. Med hensyn til 'Animation' vedrører dette Aqua Arobics tidligt på eftermiddagen, så vandpolo (spillet af mænd i den større pool med gæster ved poolen) senere. Børneaftenunderholdning derefter voksenunderholdning (alt på russisk). Jeg blev ramt i ansigtet med bolden, mens vandpoloen blev spillet, plus at vores drinks blev sendt af sted. Ingen undskyldning givet eller opfølgning af ledelsen. Maden var meget dårlig og lunken. Alt inklusive drikkevarer oprørende. Levede af sprudlende vand! Sen checkout nægtede, på trods af vores behov for at administrere intravenøs ***** forud for overførselsafgang kl. 18:50 (måtte checke ud kl. 12) tilbød jeg endda at betale for et værelse, men afviste stadig. Kommunikation eksisterer ikke, vi vidste ikke engang om vores rejserepræsentant eller hvornår der var planlagt et møde. Værste ferieoplevelse nogensinde. Dette er bestemt ikke et 5☆ hotel mere som et 2☆

Dette feriested har ikke været andet end fantastisk, maden er fremragende og frisk, og det samme er hver medarbejder. Vi havde en meget behagelig og hyggelig samtale på restauranten med serveren (Murat), han er og har været siden vores ankomst meget venlig og også meget hjælpsom i alle aspekter af sit job. Bravo!.

We were party of nine including 3 children . This hotel is huge . Unfortunately the facilities cannot support the number of guests . We estimated around 1000 guests and around 200 sunbeds around the pool and same again at the beach . The sunbed war is therefore obvious . Those without sunbeds accommodate the tables and chairs around the poolside lunch area . There is then no where to sit for lunch and staff refuse to serve lunch unless you have a table !! I have 25 years experience of visiting Turkey and always found hospitality is exceptional . Not here!! Staff are rude surly and dismissive .They have a selective grasp of English and seem to play games with your orders or simply do not bring them at all . The exceptions were the Russian girl who does the pool aerobics and the lad in the cocktail bar above the kids club who were both lovely . The food is hit and miss to say the least . Breakfast is appalling . Evening buffet poor . Lunch if you can get it was ok albeit not great . The best place for lunch is the beach bar. We ate out in the end when we could . Our room was tiny . Overlooked a builders yard and was next door to their store . They tend to test power tools around 9 am . Our tv did not work but due to issues reported by the rest of our party we did not waste time or effort reporting . Again no one suddenly speaks English . The hotel is full of Russians who for some reason do not seem to like us ? From barging in at food queues barging into lifts even taking food off of our children’s plates it all adds up to the completely wrong atmosphere and environment for a relaxing and enjoyable break which after all is why we are there . The two stars are for cleanliness . Staff are always cleaning and overall facilities which are ok despite being too cramped . My advice is look elsewhere . We’re home and need a holiday says it all for first time ever I was glad to leave !!!!! Included is a lunch menu cheese burger picture . We never did identify the yellow paste which I assume was a cheese ?

We have just returned from a fabulous week at the hotel. The downsides are that need more cleaning and stocking of toilets. Often no toilet roll and not kept clean. Lots of waiting to be served in the lobby bar as staff ignored us on occasions. Poor labelling of food. My daughters are vegan and vegetarian and found little to pick from as lots of food labelled as vegetables had meat in. Soups also made with meat stock. These are minor things that can be addressed. The entertainment in the evening needs some work. Amateur shows. Would prefer more external acts. Karaoke or something. The beach bar needs to stay open for longer. The positives though are some wonderful kind and helpful staff at the restaurants and bar. Ugar and Berkann who I want to keep as my son. So lovely to everyone and always smiling. The energy of the animation team, especially our friend Josephine. Mustafa and Ali. Our wonderful friend who owns the florist, what a wonderful man you are. Habip the operations manager who was so lovely. We had the best holiday here and would love to return.

We had a great experience in this hotel! The hotel management surprised my wife by giving her some birthday gifts!!! We went on a tour boat and came back to see the gifts in our room. Cleanliness of the hotel stood out for me. Foods were tasty and amazingly surplus!! We will surely revisit!!

The worst hotel. Ever been in clean big and lovely hotel food dreadful stuff even worse No a fussy eater but the same thing to eat dinner and tea times Breakfast give up for 30 minutes to get a fried egg or pancake while 20 Russians pushed to the front and just grab Still have not seen one member of staff speak to anyone just like brain dead robots ignoring everyone

Great experience really friendly and helpful staff. Niran from Guest relations was super helpful and really went out of her way to assist me with my specific dietary requirements. Good variety of food for all meals too. Though the gym needs new equipment and maintenance.

Not a 5* but there are some really good points about this hotel but equally some points that let it down. Good points are it’s really clean, rooms are really big and there is always something on to do during the days and nights. The evening entertainment is really quite good and we had a good time. You’ll enjoy this hugely if you like a lively atmosphere. Would also recommended upgrading to a sea view room if offered. We were in room 6015 and the views were amazing. Bad points are the food in the main restaurant is hit and miss but I always found something to eat. It gets really busy and some guests can be quite rude but that’s not the hotels fault. There’s no real dress code for evening meals either some people were coming in swim wear which wasn’t so good The beach could so with a clean as again some guests decide to leave rubbish and cigarette ends in the sand and I didn’t see any staff combing the beach to clean it. Overall we had a great holiday but not a 5*
