M.C Mahberi Beach Hotel – All Inclusive

I wouldn't say this is a 5 star resort it may use to be but not one of the pools have missing tiles. The games room, Disco room and games room was shut off which was very disappointing plus false advertisement as it is stated on the information there are a lot of damages around the hotel like the terrace lights are broken. The entertainment is very poor it's more lively in the next hotel I much rather be over there Some of the rooms don't look the same as the pictures My stay is okay but need better entertainment like a party theme to bring in more youngster's and the area could be a little bit better side is probably a better location for Antalya recommend looking around that area that is where I am going next

Worst hotel we have stayed in & definitely not 5star maybe 3 at best, no idea what we was eating & when we did it was always cold , guaranteed to get food poisoning as I’ve never suffered before but had it bad this holiday. Staff are rude unless you are Russian & they encourage the English to move hotels. Rooms are tidy & clean apart from the sheets when changed had holes in them along with a blanket chucked on top . hotel seem to be dark all the time especially hall ways walking to your rooms. Expensive wi-fi that was crap even when it did work. Main bar is not even near main pool so spend more time walking than relaxing only to be given a plastic cup you give a child that crumbled in your hands. Coffee machines always missing milk , coffee or cups. Spent more time on beach as best part of hotel but a least when you did drink alcohol you know you had cos it was strong not watered down like most places.

Oh god where do i even start, if you want a 5* hotel this definitely isn't one to choose. I'm the sort of person to always give a place the benefit of the doubt despite the reviews on here but I really wished I listened. First the pictures advising the hotel are definitely false information some pictures are not even the hotel. Reception staff are very very very rude never experienced anything like it. If your English you will be ignored no doubt about it they will serve people behind you in the line even if you are the last person left you will be ignored. Reps, young men cleaning and bar staff are very friendly. Rooms - mould around shower, shower head full off mould and limescale, clothing hooks broken, plugs hanging off the wall, flusher broke twice in the week. Entertainment - disco/club that's advertised is never open, games room bowling never open, had to guess each night where the entertainment would be taking place. Bars - only one bar open which served cocktails and spirits which is about 5 minute walk from the main pool. Tropical bar open only fizzy drinks and beer. Lobby bar never open. To get a drink in the evening takes around 10-20 minute as only two staff working on bar and the que wraps around the bar. Food - food is very poor never hot same things every night rice, salad, bread, pasta, soup and meat. Breakfast is the same thing boiled eggs, bread, salad, cereal and some meat no bacon no sausage. Chips and burger ever lunch time. No labels to say what the meat is. The Resturant you get to have once a week, we walked out aswell as other guest. No one asks about allergies, no menu, they have a lovely bar but drinks are put on a table in the corner. Was served soup cold, meat balls, and main was a fish on the plate literally a fish on a plate. On check out when I was finally seen to, the receptionist just looked at me with a disgust look on her face took the card and said nothing, I asked where the luggage is kept she just pointed to a room, when we went to put the bags in the room it was full up with bags even on top of each other we could even open the door fully so we took out bags to the pool side. Now let's top this so called 5* hotel off. Our last night we was sitting at the bar when all of a sudden a fight broke out between the staff and a guest literally about a meter away from us which resulted in the staff member picking up a pole and hitting guests, when other guest tried to break the fight up the staff member started hitting them with the pole which resulted in the pole snapping in half. When the fight seemed to have stopped and the guest walked away the staff member run back over to them to restart hitting them with the pole. Security arrived to break up the fight. No apology from any of the staff was given to any of the guest around at the time. The next day I see the guest that tried to help and they have slashes all over their bodies. Please do not waste your money on this hotel turkey has some am

As the title says, s***! Bad hygiene, bad people (with some rare exceptions). Lines everywhere, dirty dishes! Some people try to do their job right, but there are only a few of them. Those who do not speak Turkish or Russian should not go there. Totally bad

The hotel was horrible, one chef ( Hüseyin ) is cooking with no gloves, sweating and touching everything dirty and food togethers. I pay 15 EUR for wifi and it is not even working, i need over 10 minuts for a page to load. Food is horrible at all, nothing is good and everything is so dirty around. Everything is in russian and turkish. Receptionist dont even talk english. It is over 43 degress and the lobbys and mains bars dont even have air conditioner. The woman that makes reservation for restaurant have 0 knowdoledge of english, is it impossible to contact someone or seek for help. I trully do not recommend this hotel.

Dirty rooms on arrival then not cleaned for whole 10 days we were there! Rude staff, unhelpful and dismissive. Telling us to speak Russian! We are English but do speak Turkish but that wasn’t helpful as most staff are not Turkish. I have been backwards and forwards too many times to remember to all different locations in Turkey for the past 23 years and have never experienced anything like this. You should be ashamed! You do not represent Turkey
