I am a solo traveler. My flight landed around 10 pm so I just needed a comfortable and clean room to sleep as I had to leave around 6 am. I regret staying even one night at this place. From the moment I entered the room, I knew it was going to be a horrible experience. The room was filthy, with dust and grime everywhere.
The worst part? The bed was infested with bedbugs! I woke up with bites all over me, and to make things even more disgusting, I noticed blood stains on the bedsheets—probably from previous guests dealing with the same issue. It was absolutely revolting.
The bathroom was just as bad. Hot water system works on the basis of how lucky you are 😂.
If you value cleanliness, comfort, or even basic hygiene, avoid this place at all costs. Staying here was a huge mistake! I had booked this hotel as I had stayed long time ago at the hotel in around 2015. And to be honest that was a lovely experience at this hotel. Almost 9 years later it was completely opposite. I got a feeling that hotel hasn’t been cleaned since then 😂. Some people might think the quality reduces over time in a hotel. I don’t think so. I stayed at a 30 year old property in Ho Chi Minh City last week where everything was top notch including basic amenities at almost half the price.

The food and amenities are terrible. The rooms are shabby and unhygienic. There was a telltale smell of cigarettes in the room. Overall, the price paid vs overall quality of the hotel does not stack up.

First we were not offered any welcome drinks on arrival as it was shown during the time of booking. Second they said they don’t have smoking rooms with king size bed which I had specifically mentioned that I want. When I fought with them then suddenly the room got available and we were given. Apart from this wifi was slow and had to call the wifi person to come and fix this. Rest mostly it was fine. The lunch buffet was great and rooms were clean. Since the property is quite ild now, furnitures are now rusty and need to get fixed.

very nice and elegant Hotel, it was a luxury stay, My son enjoy a lot in this hotels. Staffs are very helpfull.

Breakfast included in the package was average, in fact poor. No proper food was served. Instead of juice, hotel was serving rasna. Also no slippers were provided. No glass was provided. Had to ask for the one. Bed was no comfortable as well.

It’s a nice hotel. Room was good. Staff was courteous. The only thing which needs improvement is their buffet breakfast. They have kept very limited options which should be looked into by the management.

It's not the cleanest place, there were blood stains on the bed sheets, which they said where pan, bed not comfortable, caused back pain. Staff were pleasant, only good thing was the restaurant
