Don’t stay in this hotel. You will feel cheated. I booked for three pax and they have given me a shabby room for two pax . I am writing this review to help you know if there is a possibility to cancel your booking, please do cancel. I am still staying in this hotel utterly dissatisfied and scared. The room is full of mosquitoes. They told that they will transfer me to a bigger room next day. They charged a bomb showing the heritage tag. Dinner is a shame here

Dutch room are dull rooms with low lighting and not any sunlight, noisy rooms with big noise of generator, and dirty toilets. Average breakfast. Location is too far from airport.

Visited here during our company meet-up and had a wonderful stay. It's near to the Fort Kochi beach which made for pleasant strolls during evening and morning. There were some amazing shops and cafes near the resort. Also had the chance to visit the Big B shooting location near by. The staffs were friendly and helpful and the overall the ambience were cozy.

Hello!Best hotel in Fort Kochi! I come here very often alone or with my boyfriend! Henry from the reception very helpful! Love the pool also, chill atmosphere in the city center! You can have a very nice time in this hotel i recommend for everybody! Thank you

I recently stayed at Napier Heritage in Fort Kochi with my best friend's family, and we had a fantastic experience. The hospitality was outstanding, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. We tried multiple cuisines during our stay, and each dish was a delight. The flavors were authentic and delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of our visit. The combination of great food and exceptional service made our stay memorable. I highly recommend Napier Heritage for anyone visiting Fort Kochi. It’s definitely a must-stay for an enriching and comfortable experience.

Amazing experience. Neat, Clean and well maintained properly. Staff is very good .Out side of the hotel you get transport and there are restaurants walking distance. Overall perfect............... Every day evng Kathakali is going...that was so Amazing.. overall superb
