It wasn't the weather for swimming in March, but it was a shame that the pool was under repair. It was great to be able to use the lawn on the first floor. The Grand Egyptian Museum is right next door, but you can't cross the street, so you have to go around by taxi. It's not open yet, so even just the museum architecture tour is too expensive. There are no restaurants around the hotel, so they provide dinner. It was delicious, but the breakfast wasn't that great.

非常豪華的酒店 在金字塔旁邊很近 酒店有打車服務 不用自己打uber很方便 提前講好了價格 酒店內有泳池和美味早餐 是休閑度假的不二之選

整個酒店還是個半成品 餐廳在施工 泳池也在施工 從酒店出去之後基本就是荒地 隔音巨差無比 早上還能聽到裝修的聲音 入住還要過安檢 但是工作人員態度都挺好的

夕方17:30ごろから22:00近くまで停電になりました。特定の棟のみですので、計画停電等による影響ではないと思われました。レセプションに聞いても待つように言われるだけ。20:00すぎにいつ回復するか聞くと20分後に回復するとの回答。結局20分後には戻りませんでした。電気が復旧しても部屋の全部の電気は付かず、入口付近のみ。せっかくいいホテルに泊まったのに、停電で、何もできず最悪です。ホテル側からはなんの説明もお詫びもありません。チェックアウト時にも何も言われませんでした。カイロでの最後の1日でしたが本当に最悪な1日になり残念です。

衞生一般， 房間環境一般， 裏面插座很多壞掉， 燈光太暗， 晚上睡覺的燈一點都不合理， 外面的泳池可以， 餐廳飲食單一， 吃了7晚 沒啥變化 ！

5 .. For the Atmosphere, care and staff. The Way I am seen is with such embrace and sheer kindness. The rooms get made up everyday, the pool is very clean, there’s a variety of restaurant to choose from. The Il Duomo bar staff are one of my favorite as they make me feel so special, they know when I turn up what drink I like. • Youssef - is a young determined and inspiring young man who is the one who encouraged me to leave a review. Sherif the concierge was so good to me and helped me out so much with many different things that I needed. Definitely the best member of staff there. Very kind, very considerate and very helpful. Everyone else there was great too, beautiful hotel. I stayed in room 400, so think I was in one of the older rooms, but nice, nonetheless. The rooms could do with some work, and the air-conditioning needs to be sorted and fixed to work properly. The pool is gorgeous, and the hotel surroundings is stunning. Very clean hotel, they take pride in that. I've no complaints in general.
