Very pleasant stay. Close and convenient to train station, lots shopping malls and restaurants in the area. Very helpful staff and crew.

Im really happy with my stay at Richmond hotel! Although I only stayed one night, my stay is exceptionally comfortable. Help yourself to the amenities at the hotel lobby and the bed is very comfortable. The room size is just right for 1 person. The location of the hotel is near the train station, extremely convenient ! There’s also grocery shop and 7 eleven right across the street. I also like to mentioned the hotels staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Check in is swift and the staff are able to speak Chinese and English language. I didn’t get the staff name as I was in a rush but I really appreciate them making my stay so comfortable :)

Excellent location a few minutes from the train station, good transport links to popular Tokyo destinations, clean hotel facilities and friendly + helpful staff. The only downside is the room size is a bit small for a double room but I think this is quite standard for Japanese hotels in general

It was a delightful surprise. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a good city view. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The on-site restaurant for breakfast served delicious, locally-sourced cuisine. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
