Kaohsiung’s Marriott offered an excellent experience with their clean and modern looking rooms, the staff were friendly and helpful. There were a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. Definitely worth staying when you are travelling in Kaohsiung.

Great view, good location and next to a mall (e-sky mall) with supermarket and food court. Concierge and house keeping staff were the most helpful and friendly. They always had a smile, polite, and eager to help. The worst was executive lounge and front desk, borderline being rude. Their lounge (11/f) collected a birthday cake cutting fee (NT$500), even when we are hotel guest. Front desk reminded me several times of extra charge if late check out. The lobby cafe don’t know what is flat white and had no intention to find out what it is. I reckon their business is too good and don’t care about hospitality.

Spa pool is very nice . The room is very clean and big.

great swimming pool and spa facilities, love the long service hours , we can enjoy the spa after dinner and at the end of the day.

Its a nice hotel with good size rooms. All good except they are charging breakfast fee for kids while most of the hotels are offering it for free.

The light of restroom can’t turn off. Can’t sleep well that night. Although hotel offers another room but kids are sleeping. No help for the situation while 11:00pm. The sensor of toilet is also have problems. Sometimes can’t flush it. Not satisfied about this stay. Its 5 star hotel should not have this issue.

The best part of the hotel by far is the 9 heated pools with a creative array of very powerful water jets and bubbles. And steam and sauna rooms. (Also a pool and gym w free group classes but didn’t bother) a dream!! Soaked in the pools for 2h a day. The hotel is connected to a mall and a 10min walk to the red line mrt. Rooms are large and new. Hands down favorite part of my kaohsiung stay. Highly recommend.

The service is great! Concierge is really helpful when you ask them questions or requests. Facility is really good, especially the spa and jacuzzi! The location is incredibly convenient when the shopping mall is located in 2-7th floor. I had the best breakfast this morning.

Very good hotel. The spa is a must try!
