Very spacious rooms. Clean 1.5 ton AC was placed near the place where we sleep which was uncomfortable. Bathroom cleanliness and plumbing issues faced. Rest all ok. There are good hotels nearby and it’s walkable from bus stand and also near to Railway station

Value for money. Best and better rooms you can get in better price at the heart of kanhangad. Clean rooms and nice interior. The only issue is with one chotta girl who sitting in the reception, she should need to upgrade her mentality. Please inform that lady - don't judge a book by its cover. Thank you

I recently stayed at big mall residency and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed is not at all comfortable, it's actually 2 individual bed which is put together, which glides apart each time. There where no bathroom amenities like toothpaste, brush or shaving kit. Early checkin is possible but 1 hr extra stay over is not possible. The service of the staff is very bad
