Nice hotel in a good peaceful and convenient location for central Kandy and nearby attractions like Temple of the Buddha Tooth.
The floor and bathroom fixtures were a bit unclean and unkept in the bathroom

The hotel is located in a good area. Walking distance to Relic of tooth and some tasty restaurants.
Views from balcony in suite room also fabulous.
Drinks and service at the rooftop bar were great. Our waiter Nirmal was very friendly with impeccable service.
Our one complaint is that we had no wifi connection whatsoever in our room or balcony. Asked for this to be resolved four times but to no avail.

The hotel hasn't done any maintenance in the rooms in years. Our room smelled like mold, and humidity.
The shower kept changing temperature, sign of a bad water heater, and had sewage smell coming from the drainage. On our first night, the light switch in the bathroom started smoking and doing sparks everywhere - if we hadn't been there to call the reception right away, it would have been a severe fire hazard.
The location is quite good as it is right on the lake, and Is a nice walk in the morning.
The cleaners woke us up at 6.30 AM because they were slamming doors and screaming.
I think this hotel is a 3star and not 4

The hotel location was good.
The staff was friendly. We had bring toothbrush from outside since they were not there with amenities.
We enjoyed a lot our staying in Raddison.
Overall, it was a great stay.

The priority is nice with a view of the Kandy Lake. Good spread for breakfast and very courteous staff.

Very comfortable hotel and great breakfast, though the aircon in our room produced a musty smell. Good view of the lake but the hotel being up a hill, the view is a little distant.

Starting from front desk to F&B to housekeeping, all the staff were courteous and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They all had a smile on their faces all the time.
