Feed back this hotel reception team not proper communication no proper cleaning in the rooms no proper bedding and pillow and bed sheets staff also making fun of you ask basic amenities no proper parking slot

The room was just ok though it is big in size. it was not clean. usual bad odour when the door was opened... the bedspread and pillow covers were not satisfactory..

I went many hotels but this is the first time that i had very bad experience in this hotel. They have included several amendities available on their portal but we are missing so many facilities. Tv is not available and no intercom facilities for room services. Also the rooms are not in clean and we have faced mosquito problem.

Ac doesnt work. Tv doesnt work
manager will allot you sub standard room
if you dont complain. He will take it for granted you are contented. Cupboard drawers wont open
every small thing needs to be begged for
pathetic experience!
