Decor was beautiful and staff can speak English well. Amenities are great. No outdoor onsen, only indoor onsen. Breakfast is good.

Within walking distance of Kanazawa Station, and with one of the bigger ranges of self-serve amenities I’ve seen in business hotels. I found the onsen peaceful and with ample seating space. It’s opposite some good eateries as well. Would recommend for easy access and navigation if you wish to stay close to the main station.

Very convenient location with JR station right next to the hotel. Public bath is a big plus after a full day of sightseeing.

A couple of minutes walk from Kanazawa station, with a lot of eating and shopping choices around. The check in lobby is at level 1, check in time is around 2pm. The room is clean with the necessary amenities like cleaning gel, toothbrush, kettle and many more. Self-service coin laundry is available at level 4, 8 and 12, inside the room had microwave and ice making machine too.

The hotel is very convenient to the Kanazawa train station. It is a clean efficient hotel. It has been newly renovated with a modern theme. The service was excellent. But the check in process is a little strange. There is a front desk staff but they have to do some functions, like a second room key, by using an ATM like machine in the lobby. The on-site bath is basic but does the job. The WiFi speed is good.

Nice decor and enjoyed the public bath. Unfortunately, could not reserve breakfast even the day before as there were so many tour group guests.

The hotel is just less than 5 mins walk from the JR station. Love the hotel setting, environment and also the public bath! Will come back again to this hotel if I ever visit Kanazawa again :)

Excellent hotel close to Kanazawa Station. Room had everything needed and the coin laundry was great. Of course, they also have a laundry service. Very friendly staff and a tasty breakfast mix of Japanese and western food. Recommended.
