Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable. From the warm welcome to the excellent service, every detail was perfect. My room was spotless and comfortable, and every staff member went out of their way to be helpful and kind. I want to express my sincere gratitude, especially to the two housekeepers who took such wonderful care of my room and the two amazing front staff members who made every interaction a pleasure. Their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed, and I’m deeply appreciative of their efforts. Thank you to the entire team for a truly wonderful experience!

The house is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I only stayed for one night but I didn't have any complaints.

The place looks way better in person. Absolutely loved it! It's gonna be our second home away from home.Every time I go to Joburg I'm gonna book there. The people there are so welcoming and friendly, we loved our stay there. It's clean and safe

The pillows were very heavy, I could not sleep on them or carry them around when I toss and turn. There was only 1 (out of 4) that was usable, very light like it was meant for kids. But it was usable compared to the other ‘stone’ pillows. Otherwise, I was very comfortable and safe all the way. The place was easy to find, but in a very quiet street. I don’t think I can walk there after sunset.

The venue like it needs some renovations and maintanance. The walls were dry ,the landscape is dry and no freshness feel. The overall look of the rooms is refreshing bathrooms nice and clean also spacious cupboards

I was really impressed with Grand view BnB. The rooms are very clean and well maintaned. The security and staff is top notch and they are very kind and helpful to guests. Bedding is changed regularly and toilets are also well equipped with toiletries. I would recommend my friends and family to always come and stay at grand view bnb.

I am not okay with the service I recieved, I had to uber home with my sister on the same night 1. The room was extremely cold, The wall heater was not working 2. The Tv was not working and the remote was greasy and dirty 3. The door only closes when you lock if you dont lock the door just stays open. 4. The beds were uncomfortable.

It's a good environment, affordable, convenient and clean. I enjoyed my stay in the property. The welcome area was very clean and the rooms are also clean and neat. It's very easy to live and work in the property, the services are well coordinated.

I enjoyed my stay at this establishment. Checking in was very quick and the staff was very helpful. I also enjoyed the great view of Johannesburg. The place and surrounding neighborhood is tranquil. Great value for money.
