The Peech Hotel

We stayed one night at the Peech after safari, and before our journey home and it was the perfect place! The rooms were really nice and the staff was friendly and helpful! We had both lunch and dinner, and breakfast the day after - all was good! The weather was unfortunately not good enough for using the pools but the they looked nice. We had a walk in the close-by park, and then a 20 min transfer to the airport.

An really wonderful hotel with the most impeccable service and attention to detail. A welcome respite from the bustle of the city with the friendliest of staff. I recommend The Peech wholeheartedly.

Staff were friendly and knew their jobs well. Food in restaurant was lovely and once again staff were efficient The pool area is delightful Room was warm and welcoming Reception area was inviting and once again the staff were excellent We requested a late, late checkout to coincide with international flight and it was granted without fuss Thoroughly recommend this property

Good overnight stay at The Peech! The staff were exceptional; very attentive and made us feel at home. Whilst the staff and hotel design and amenities were faultless, unfortunately the AC in our room was noisy and made inconsistent noises during the night which affected our sleep quality. A shame as otherwise this hotel is fabulous.

This was our first trip to South Africa. The hotel is beautiful and quaint. The staff was very accommodating and eager to meet our needs. Arriving, we had a late evening flight and they were very generous in keeping the restaurant open so that we could have dinner. I will say, the pictures of the rooms are certainly cropped to make the rooms appear more spacious. We stayed in the 2 bdrm villa and although it was adequate and met our needs, it was in no way as spacious as the pictures tried to depict. Additionally, the front desk sold post cards. We decided to purchase a few and address them to family back home. The hotel advertised that they provided the postage & mailed them back. None of us or those we addressed the cards to received them. While I certainly hope this was a mishap, considering no one received them, that seems unlikely and more like a racket. Overall, our stay was fine, staff was great and we enjoyed our time in Johannesburg.

We spent one night between flights and the stay was perfect - quiet neighbourhood, the villa we stayed super comfortable, the gardens amazing, the food, everything helped us to relax and enjoy the time there. We would stay again for sure
