Location is not near the park entrance gate. They offer a free shuttle service but it depends on your luck and their mood. The bus leaves as and when it is full, and they stop service as and when they please. Don't bother about their free shuttle service, just pay for a taxi and save yourself the worry.
They also offer to book the shuttle bus from jiuzhaigou to huanglong station, but the receptionist is very unreliable, and very possibly a cheat. After transferring money to her directly the day before to assist with the booking, she went silent the next morning despite repeated messages. After messaging the hotel directly, the receptionist suddenly became responsive. However, she couldn't show any proof that she booked the tickets and said that the bus plate number is only determined 1 hour before the bus departs. I found an alternative and told her to cancel her booking. Ultimately, she was unable to show proof of the bus booking and refunded me.
On a side note, there is a good roast lamb restaurant nearby (must reserve, and don't expect the receptionist to help with that).

A little inaccessible. But not a problem taking a Didi to tourist spots. Has an awesome roasted lamb place within walking distance! And a convenience store just across the carpark. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

The hotel is slightly far from eateries, but getting a Didi in the area is very convenient. The room is spacious and equipped with smart features, but cleanliness could be improved. We found leftover cupcake baking paper on the floor, and tissues were stuck to the wall.
The staff at check-in were unfriendly and impatient when answering questions. At the breakfast restaurant, the staffs were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. However, the receptionist the next morning was attentive and addressed our needs well.
On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was great, the location, the service esp by Xiao Chou who booked my bus tickets for me, and the food at the restaurant.

The hotel is newly decorated and clean. The room is also very clean, breakfast is good. Hotel staff is very helpful, and their customer service is exceptional, especially the receptionist Xiaozhou. She is very kind and helpful, she helped us to book a bus ticket back from hotel to huanglongjiuzhai station. We are very happy with her service. We really recommend this hotel

기대없이 갔는데 너무 좋아서 놀랐어요. 카드키 꼽으니 커튼이 열리지 않나, 방에 시설들도 다 깨끗하고 새거고 너무너무 좋았어요. 침대도 푹신해서 피곤한몸 하룻밤 자고 아주 짱짱해 졌습니다. 그리고 세탁실도 있어서 좋었긴 했는데, 저녁에 경쟁자들이 많아서 ㅠㅠ 사용은 못했어요.
