Best stay ever. Super spacious room with bath tub to enjoy window Mountain View & big screen projector tv. Outdoor hot spring is best after dinner at the ******* restaurant attached to the hotel.

Extremely friendly & helpful. They made our trip in Jiuzhaigou a pleasant one. We needed help for transport from Huanglongjiuzhai station to the hotel, so they recommended a 6 seater car 3d2n for only Rmb1000. No complaints at all. Room is clean & comfy. Price reasonable. Comes with 4 hot spring a bit like onsen. The hotel is strategically located near to many food options and only 15 minutes walk to the scenic spot. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back again.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Nearby hotel have all kinds of restaurants.

The room overall is clean and breakfast provided is nice. The staff was friendly to provide guidance to us on where to get car ride to train station. They also help to keep our luggages. Overall experience is good.

The lady receptionist is helpful in me booking transport from JZG to HL. Inside the room there is no cups for boiling water. The cups are found behind the lift. Tip: As I do not have a China phone number, I used the hotel name and phone number to contact my transport.

The hotel was clean and simple. The service was good. It’s worth the price we paid. They have a cool hot spring pool area. Unfortunately our bathtub drain was busted. Conveniently close to Jiuzhaigou park, it was about 15min walk to the park entrance. A lot of good restaurants and shops by the hotel which are all walking distance.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. At first glance, it is a stunning, quaint hotel. Even though there are numerous no smeking signs, people were still smoking in the hotel. The first morning, I woke up with a stuff nose and a headache, because I could smell the cigarette smoke via the air conditioning. Each rolm has a wonderful screen and projector, but it is not foreigner-friendly...you have to have an Iqiyi account to watch movies. There is also no way of connecting a laptop or USB to the projector. The bathtub was faulty and even though I asked staff two days in a row to fix it, it still was not fixed. The water was leaving through the plug as fast as I was pouring it into the bathtub. They suggested that I just keep running the water, they did not care that I was using an enormous amount of water, which is bad for the environment. They suggested that I take a bath with the plastic sweet provider, which I did out of desperation. But I almost slipped and fell, which is very dangerous, especially for older people. Something That I did not pick up from the description, was that this hotel had a restaurant that provider live entertainment every night, which was extremely loud. The first night, they were noisy until about 11pm. The breakfast was traditional, but people would smoke in the breakfast area, which made it really unpleasant. The location is great, just a short walk from the park's entrance and there are many restaurants around.

Warm and hospitable staff who made our stay very pleasant. The hotel was very modern and clean. Will definitely be back!

Room is so nice, feel like staying at home. I enjoy watching movie with a big screen. location is good, there are plenty of restaurant nearby. Walking distance to the Jiujaigou gate (around 15 mins). Staff is very helpful.

Location is great. About 15mins walk to the park! Staff was helpful. Many eateries nearby. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Interior of hotel is beautiful just like in pictures. Housekeeping and cleanliness needs to be improved though! I found the shower area floor a little slimy and there was a stench coming from the drain. Other than the cleanliness lacking, I had a comfortable stay. Best part of the stay is the smart toilet 😝

great stay, everything was comfortable and provided. did not try the hot spring, but looks great. breakfast was good too, its the same everyday. theres a restaurant within the hotel as well

We had a great stay at this hotel in Jiuzhaigou! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot tubs, which were perfect for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location was also fantastic—just a short distance from Jiuzhaigou National Park, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and a peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!
