Very clean and comfortable hotel to stay in Jiuzhaigou. The location is fine, about 3 km. to the entrance ticket check to the park. Recommended!

Generally, the hotel is good. It's still brand new. It is locater at thre end of the line when you travel from the Jiuzhaihianglong train station. The staff tried to be helpful but it's still not satisfactory based on my standard. This maybe due to their limited English but I could tell they were trying to help. We stayed there for 2 nights. The first day went well with everything provided with disposable towels and little snacks thrown in. The second day we came back with the room not made up with no towels and everything provided on the first day. We came back around 8 pm hoping to relax but couldn't. When we asked them they started to get all the things like tea and coffee and stuff. What made me disappointed was when I asked them for the towels but were suggested to use the disposable towels. The problem was that it was very cold and those wouldnt do the job. However, another lady understood what we wanted and were trying to help. I feel like they would try to help better if they could communicate with us. It's very convenient to buy a bus ticket back to Huanglongjiuzhai high speed train station. Just walk out of the hotel and look for Jiyuan hotel. It's like a 3 minutes walk only. The park itself is about 1.5 km away or a little more so you can walk there The pictures show where you get the ticket and on board to go to the train station. The breafast are ok but nothing fancy. It has many choices though but were the same everday. If you want to walk around at niight it's about 4 km away from the town center. However, there're shops around the hotel.

I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness and provide more assistance to international guests would definitely be a great thing for the hotel to come out greater than the rest of the nearby hotels. Good place , good location , only 2 kilometers from Jiuzhaigou and near bus stop, We can walk to entrants or talk with Taxi 15RMB

We were greeted warmly by the hotel manager, Xiao Du. She is very professional and courteous. Upgraded our room. Many thanks for her to solve our problems on the following days reservation with other hotel. Happy to stay for another 2 days in this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and new. Its located near Jiuzhaigou scenery spot with only 5 minutes by car.

Hotel room has 2 individual rooms with double bed. Clean and good for families.

The Ji Sheng Hotel is located just 2 mins walk from Xingyu Hotel, so if one is taking the bus from Huanglong Jiuzhai station just stop at the final location. The hotel is clean, room is good and spacious. The service at the front desk is fantastic, giving lots of concern and very helpful about where and what to do, booking advices etc. There are also many eateries and groceries and fruit shops around the area. Take a cab or didi to the Jiuzhaigou entrance is only 15Y. The breakfast is good, but when I stayed here for 3 nights it is all the same every morning. Food is mediocre but acceptable. Overall I give 5 star rating.

Jisheng hotel is a modern hotel with great hospitality. Madam Du (杜大姐) is the most hospitable receptionist. She went beyond for every small request. When it was 9pm and pharmacies were largely closed, we could not Meituan Dianping fever medicine. Madam Du went out of the way to find a driver to drive us up the mountain in search for an open pharmacy. She always served with a smile, wonderful tourism advice and bottles of warm water. It is a small hotel, no doubt, but made bigger with her hospitality and generosity. The hotel room itself does not have fridge and have intermittent hot water in the bath room. The breakfast spread is also quite average, which are the down-points of the hotel.

This hotel is located near the scenery. Only 7 min away by a car. Nice facility. Theres no reason you dont stay in this hotel

Spacious & modern hotel that is relatively near the Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Receptionist were also quite friendly & helpful, readily offering assistance when requested. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for travelers seeking to explore Jiuzhaigou!
