We had an excellent stay at this ski-in, ski-out hotel—it truly exceeded all expectations! The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. The hotel offers a fantastic variety of food options, both within the property and nearby, making dining so convenient. This was our first ski trip in China, and the experience was surprisingly comparable to our ski holiday in Hokkaido—every detail was thoughtfully curated for an unforgettable stay. I can fully understand why this is an award-winning hotel, and I highly recommend it for a perfect ski vacation! Photos taken from the window of our room. Hotel and its team is excellent. Accommodation and skiing services have no flaw. Staff is professional and small occurring problems solves in a very short time. Especially want to thank Li peihang and Qiu siyu for their support. I’ll come again.

One word: Amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful, The front desk staff is very efficient in checking in,especially 石雨婷,李佩航,邱思羽making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were quick to answer any questions I had and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure mystaywasenjoyable. I appreciated the ir professionalism and willingness to assist me with anything I needed. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which gave the room a warm and inviting feel. The bed was soft and plush, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. Overall, I was impressed with the room and felt right at home.

We had a wonderful ski weekend at the Lake Songhua Seibu Prince Hotel in China. The hotel’s location is perfect for skiing, offering easy access to the slopes and stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable—they were incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed after a day on the slopes. The hotel’s dining options were also excellent, with a variety of delicious meals to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a ski trip to the Lake Songhua area!

There was an incident prior to check where we asked for late check out and were told that was ok. Instead we had a person come to our room and say we needed to leave “now”. It was all confusing and upsetting. We love the hotel and hope to come back.

Seibu Prince Hotel is excellent, we had a wonderful stay here, would for sure stay at this hotel again when we visit SongHuaHu Lake next time without doubt. Special thanks to Ms Shi at the reception desk, she is the kind of Hotel representitives who can make sure her clients be respected and heard and felt. Also, they have a lovely restaurant we would love to recommend to everybody.

- Expensive - Convenient to ski in and ski out - Front desk did not explain all the benefits entitled by occupants, eg free coins for kid arcade, free warm bags, discount for spa, etc. - Food is too salty even for spaghetti, not only traditional Northeast Chinese food - Good ski resort but nothing else to tour around nearby

房間服務是最滿意的一個環節。因為帶兩個小孩總是需要送拖鞋，送水，送浴巾。每一次態度都特別好。 早餐體驗非常好，煎蛋的師傅擔心小孩吃涼的每次都現做。 酒店自帶很多體驗項目，纜車是我們每日必做項目。山頂氣温舒爽，山下風景，一覽無餘，除去塵世喧囂。 整體體驗非常好。

夏季的自然環境還是很好的，淡季入住性價比很高，前台接待的小石，小王很熱情，房間物品配備也比較齊全，泳池温度有點低，希望改進。早餐與同級別酒店比起來還是稍顯遜色～品種不夠豐富，但很適合親子短途旅行，週末放鬆的好去處～
