The lights were blinking even though I called the reception they were not really interested in the situation. Moreover the towels are not really clean as well.

Lovely room, staff helpful and polite. Location v confusing to get to, taxi struggled also with road closures.

G-Han hotel is a great little hotel situated in the Asian quarter of Istanbul. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the main metro line and has many shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a good breakfast provided each day!

Front desk completely forgot to send my laundry which took 2 entire days to do. And still charged me full price. Completely unacceptable because they said they could take it in the morning and have it ready by the evening. I had a meeting that day didn’t have anything to wear

This was one of the best stays that we’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You truly feel like part of the family when you stay here. These are the kind of people you feel like you’ve known your whole life. The breakfast was also exceptional, was full the entire day and then some after it! Beds were super comfortable and the elevator is graded by a key card as well. Overall, would say an amazing place. Would highly recommend

Otel konum olarak ***et memnun ediciydi. Pek çok yere yakın. Odalar da ***et temiz ve genişliği de yeterliydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir.

적당히 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 하지만 한가지 최악의 사건이 있었습니다. 밤에 갑자기 남자가 객실키로 문을 열고 들어오다가 실수를 인지하고 바로 나갔습니다. 우리는 여자 둘이었고 너무 놀라 아무 반응도 못했습니다. 객실키 문제인거 같은데 너무 황당했습니다. 다행히 옷은 입고 있었네요.

房間很乾凈，早餐不是自助，網上很多人説早餐很豐富 是不是在嘲諷呢？每人給一份，夠吃，但是給人感覺扣扣搜搜的，不舒服。但是個人旅行夠用。處在鬧市區，停車非常不方便。

房間放心是新裝修的，有一點異味。房間較小，前台服務很好，英語也很好。可以幫忙叫taxi。酒店位置比較方便，衹是小眾而已，歇個腳還是可以的。
