Great hotel with short walk to tram and bus to airport, not to far from tourist sites, walkable or take tram, tram goes straight to port, breakfast in hotel was ok, staff very friendly and informative, breakfast is served top floor where there is also a bar.

Location is good. And staffs are all kind and friendly. Amenities are almost nothing but price is good! That’s enough

Quite nice hotel. Small one , but very clean. Breakfast is very tasty. Near aksaray metro station 5 min by walk , and near tram station 3 min . Recommend this hotel for short stay.

Несмотря на то, что дверь в туалет закрывалась с трудом и вид из окна был на большую серую стену, а мебель требовала обновления, проживание в отеле доставило массу положительных эмоций. Прежде всего хочется отметить доброжелательность и внимательность персонала. Угощали чаем, отвечали на все вопросы, организовали фантастическую экскурсионную прогулку по Босфору... В спа - фантастическая Аиша! Вкусные завтраки и отличная транспортная развязка (метро, трамвай в шаговой доступности)

I can thoroughly recommend this small Hotel. The reception staff, cleaning team & breakfast service are all so friendly & helpful. It is excellent value for money, including breakfast on the upper floor, with a view over the city & free bottled water in your room each day. The location is close to the Havaist airport shuttle bus. The Aksaray T1 tram station is minutes away. I will most definitely return to this Hotel. If you need anything just ask- for me, the room was too warm & the manager sorted it for me instantly. There is a fridge in the room, tea making facilities & the shower is brilliantly strong. The bed is firm, there is no external noise & I slept well. The room was spotlessly clean.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable with excellent customer service and fabulous location. Sahin was amazing, went out of his way to make us feel at home. So sweet. Looking forward to return. The hotel is very close to the Blue mosque and the Grand Bazaar so makes a nice walk each morning.

We had a great time. The receptionists are kind and always trying to help. Also the breakfast crew is very polite and friendly. Rooms are always very clean and very confy. We loved our time there! The breakfast is both salty and sweet and there are so many kinds of food! It was really great. Thanks to everybody!

The hotel was an excellent location, room was lovely and very clean and tidy. Orhan, manger and his staff especially Mohammed were amazing. Orhan linked us to a number of tours so we could have an exceptional experience and checked in afterwards to see how it all went. The complementary breakfast was outstanding

This is my second time in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful receptionists who are always ready to assist you with a smile. The location is very close to the Aksaray tram which connects you to most of the attractions on the European side of Istanbul. Room was cleaned daily and left spotless.

Hotel is not worthy of 4 * they have rooms with a direct view of the wall and very dark, we spent one night and flee afterwards The people at the reception are not Professional at each request from us the answer is the manager is not There

Excellent location with very good connections to all parts of the city via buses and trams. The hotel was nice, room decent size and very clean. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were all nice and friendly, making you feel welcome and comfortable instantly. It is hard to find words to describe Orhan, the good soul of the hotel, and definitely the most valuable asset. Thank you, Orhan, for your service!

Great location only a stroll from Aksaray tram stop & 5mins from the Havaist airport bus (just walk along the main road, dont follow Google map). Super convenient even to walk to Grand Bazaar. The staff can be overly enthusiastic but no major complaints. One thing we found strange though, we had complimentary fruits/snacks sent to our room at 10pm at night. Our Eco room exceeded expectations, ie spacious enough & fully functional! Breakfast was fantastic! Strongly recommended to stay here! Will be back!

We had an unpleasant stay. The hotel may have been nice once but it is now badly mismanaged: economising on the basics, misadvertising its facilities and sneaking in extra charges. You can find better hotels at lower prices in Sultanahmet, and I recommend that you stay there. The lights were switched off in the corridors so it was dark and gloomy. There were old COVID warning posters everywhere. The hotel charged extra money to visit the swimming pool. The hotel advertised as having parking and did not have its own spaces. The rooms were very small and had poor soundproofing. The towels in the rooms were threadbare. The hotel staff pressured me to write a nice review when I left. When I left a poor review on the booking platform’s website, they sent me messages on WhatsApp pressuring me to improve my rating. I would not trust any review that you see for this hotel. Needless to say, I would not return again.

Piccolo Hotel,in zona molto silenziosa, vicino al Topkapi Santa Sofia Cisterna e Moschea Blu.Vicino anche al gran Bazar Il tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Siamo stati accolti prontamente,camera pulita spaziosa.Il personale molto gentile,pioveva e ci hanno fornito subito di ombrelli.Che dire io ci ritornerei! Nella terrazza dove servono la colazione si gode di un bel panorama sul Bosforo!
