Tolles City Hotel. Super Central in Nisantasi Hotspot von Istanbul gelegen. Taxi kostet cirka €35.- zum Flughafen. Frühstück täglich abwechselnd und reichhaltig orientalisch und europäisch. Personal sehr freundlich und aufgestellt. Würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Kostenloses Upgrade erhalten.

I found peace in this hotel every thing was clean and new. staff where friendly and caring the breakfast although can be better the ambience was calming.easily access to tksim and silly and lots of grocery stores around.I enjoyed my stay and will be back to this❤️

WOW ! Arts Hotel Istanbul is a fantastic choice! Great location, just a short walk to Taksim Square. Comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a stylish vibe. Highly recommend for both leisure and business stays. Will definitely return!

Save your money and book elsewhere A nightmare stay. They are Thieves, impolite and unprofessional staff, dirty and small rooms. Room service Stole our money from the room while we were out. Front desk staff was unhelpful. Hotel manager was unprofessional and can't make any decisions to solve problems. Breakfast was a limited selection and unappetizing. The pool was closed for maintenance and the gem is poorly equipped. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was overpriced for the quality of service and accommodations provided the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, substandard facility and stole our money made my stay miserable

- good location and good breakfast - no chair in the room, hairdryer not functional, no replenishment of bathroom products, big hole in the bedsheet. - Reception not responsive - cleanliness and hygiene issues: the bath towel, left there as "clean" for the guests to use, was stained with (most probably) feces - pics below.

Bad room cervice. Poor breakfast I ‘ll called always in reception for the heater. The room was cold. Also they had really bad service cleaners came in our room to clean only once. Be careful for the spa services because they can’t comunate between reception and spa.

I had a great time with my family and very comfortable place but not happy with one of the reception men’s and he was so rude and not helping BUT the housekeeper Ms. "Menekse", a very kind and friendly lady and I was very much satisfied with her work.

House keeping was very kind and Menekse, cleaned the room very well and was a nice lady and she wasn’t disrespectful and she was friendly and her work was so good and she made sure every where was clean and nice.She made sure we had everything we needed.

Very bad service, the house keeping and room service are thieves they still any things even money from the Walet, the manager didn't cooperate with me when I complained regarding money stealing from my wallet even my friend get robbed from the house keeping and when we make fight with the manager who says to us I don't trust the guest I trust my staff we back to room and found the ring on the table. I didn't recommend this hotel from safety and respect.

Our stay at the Arts Hotel was truly delightful! The location couldn’t be better—it’s close to everything, and having a bus stop right in front of the hotel made exploring so convenient. What really stood out, though, was the warm hospitality. The staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention goes to Hasan, who made breakfast a memorable experience every morning. He’s incredibly friendly and always took the time to check in on us, which added such a personal touch. The hotel itself is lovely—clean, cozy, and full of charm. Since it’s the holiday season, the decorations and soft Christmas music created such a festive and relaxing atmosphere. It really felt like the perfect place to enjoy this time of year. We only tried the breakfast, but it was absolutely delicious. There were so many options to choose from, and everything was fresh and well-prepared.

The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The food was very good, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

I had a great stay there, I made a new friend Menelese, she’s our housekeeper, she’s such a sweet angel, always smiling and caring, and clean so fast the room. The hotel needs more people like Menelese. Menelese thank you so much for all the good vibes and great energy you boosted me with every morning ✨ much love

Stay away from this hotel and if I could give them 0 star I would have. No one speaks English but few words and they didn’t have water, coffee cups, towels in the room. After I asked them 4 times I asked to speak to manager or supervisor and they said they don’t have it. I told them I’ll write a review and then they just brought the coffee cups. Just stay away it’s not worth it.

dear emin hotel reception manager I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. Emin the reception manager is always friendly and helpful. Because of Emin, I want to come back to this hotel. I hope we meet again I hope you can see this post. thank you so much
