We came with my family, it was a really perfect and reliable hotel, the staff was really attentive and friendly, the rooms were really clean and tidy, thank you very much again.

The rooms are big and clean, the open buffet is perfect, everything is there, the staff is very attentive, I recommend it to everyone, especially families, it is very close to Taksim, it is a minute away, it is a very reliable and clean hotel in a place like Taksim, there are also taxi services to the airport and it is at a very affordable price.

I was very excited for our stay here hwiwber we had a disappointing experience with poor communication and no accountability I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but our experience really fell short of expectations and needs to be shared. We arrived at the hotel late at night after a long journey, only to be told there was no booking under our name. This was despite having a confirmed reservation through Trip.com with updated arrival dates. I showed the staff member multiple confirmation emails, and I even translated one into Turkish to help, but we were repeatedly told there was no booking, with no real attempt to help or investigate further. There was a clear language barrier, but the issue wasn’t just communication. It was the lack of care or basic hospitality. We were eventually given a room that wasn’t what we booked, with a vague promise to fix it the next day. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the stress this caused. The following day, we were moved again, but the new room still lacked a key feature that I made sure it had, and we specifically needed (a microwave). I asked for some form of compensation or goodwill gesture via trip.com for the inconvenience, but the hotel has refused. To be fair, the same staff member helped us carry our luggage to the taxi on our final day, which we appreciated. But that small act doesn’t undo the initial treatment. Even a simple apology would have gone a long way. Trip.com were brilliant, and they did their best to advocate on our behalf. Unfortunately, the hotel took no responsibility and showed no interest in making things right. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. But how you treat your guests in difficult moments speaks volumes. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again.

The place is next to everything: cafe, restaurants, taxi, laundry, shops - you name it.  It’s clean and quiet, 24 hours desk, the owner is very polite, friendly and helpful.

The hotel was exactly as we expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Everything is great. Good location near taxim metro and taxim square. Nearest cheap store a101 and sok. Cleaning for request. Microwave is in a room. It, necessary thing for families. Good room for cheap price. One notes, number is less than 50 metres ;)

I stayed for 3 days and I was very satisfied. It was very clean and very attentive. If I come to Istanbul again, I would prefer this hotel again.

A brand new hotel, with a great location and ambiance. Every detail in the hotel has been considered. We felt like we were in our own home. The layout inside the rooms is very well planned, the areas of use and the comfort are very good for staying with your family for a long time. The view from the rooms was perfect. It is much more peaceful to wake up to the unique view of Istanbul. They are especially meticulous about cleaning. Everything was spotless. We thank the management for their friendliness and attention.

I liked the hotel, it offers a comfortable and peaceful accommodation experience, the rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with modern facilities, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, responds quickly to the needs of the guests, the location of the hotel is also very advantageous, close to the city center, so you can easily reach the places to visit.

HOTEL IS PERFECT Staying here definitely gives you peace of mind, all the neighborhoods are within walking distance

I don’t recommend it to any friends/couples I arrived before my friend and the booking was already for 2 persons me and my friend’s but when my friend came from airport he didnt let him in he said no friends allowed even tho i booked for 2 persons lol
