Good location, good place to stay

Location excellent. Hotel manager..useless. Politely asked day1 and in between for fixes. .. Nothing fixed till day 5(departure day) Definitely different service / attention to different races.. Sad but reality even though money is the same...? Hotel workers are all polite and do they best they can with what they have.

ブルーモスクとアヤソフィア、地下宮殿など観光地が近くにありとてもいい立地でした！駅も歩いたら行ける距離にあったので、動きやすかったです☺️ スタッフさん達も優しく、併設されているスパは最高でした♡朝食も美味しかったです🤤

Sehr empfehlenswert!” Das Hotel überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Die Zimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche sind sehr sauber, was uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Die zentrale Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt – die Metro ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Les +: L'emplacement est proche de tout C'est propre Prix correct Les -: vraiment trop de bruit la nuit, tous les soirs jusqu'à 2h du matin Il y avait la fête avec de la musique très fort (Bar ou discothèque) c''est mal isolé on entend tout de dehors et entre les chambres. Vraiment dommage ce bruit c'est pour ça que je note 3 sur l'emplacement, pas d'un point de vue géographique mais par rapport à la musique jusqu'à 2h du matin....

The hotel is in an excellent location to explore Istanbul with so many of the main attrations literally a few minutes walk away and I do not think we could have been in a better location travelling as mother and daughter. The staff at the hotel were extremly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help with what ever was asked of them. The rooms were a little on the small side but we did not go to spend time in the room and the impoirtant thing, the beds and pillows were super comfy and a good nights sleep was had each night. The breakfast was included and could most certianly set you up for the day there was so much choice. I would defintiley go bac and recommend 110%.

The overall stay at the hotel was awesome. The rooms were clean and the room service staff was quick and always at service. I would highly recommend this hotel as I stayed at 3 different hotels overall in istanbul but I would say that this was one of the best hotel I have stayed in. During the breakfast Mr Erhan the restaurant manager was so polite and humble. He has provided my daughter with a special food requested by us as my daughter needed that specific food. I would also appreciate the efforts given from Ms Warishah who is from Guest Relations she had made sure that our stay at the hotel remains a great experience.

This is a late but unforgotten review :) we've been to the Byzantium hotel during the last week of August. Lots of nice memories, a delicious breakfast buffet that offered a plethora of varieties. VERY nice staff specially Warishah who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A shoutout to Erhan for his hospitality every day at the breakfast. Looking forward for the next visit!

We stayed with our family and there were 8 of us. The staff were very accommodating and helpful all the time. Two of our party were in wheelchairs and the stairlift was broken but the staff were happy to help with the stairs at the entrance multiple times a day and carried us up and down. We were also reroomed to family rooms in a more accessible part of the hotel and they were very accommodating for this. The rooms were cleaned daily, had smart TVs, excellent showers and a heater/ac that meant we could make the room to our suited temperature. Walking distance to all the key visiting areas but far enough to not be disturbed by the noise. Breakfast was always well stocked and a varied selection. Spa discount is offered to hotel guests too.

The location was ideal. Walking distance to most attractions. The boat tour of the Bosphorus (arranged through the front desk) was reasonably priced and went very smoothly with bus transport to/from the boat dock. The breakfast buffet was fantastic as managed by Erhan. Plenty of everything healthy - loved those Turkish dates and other breakfast items (like fresh tomatoes) not normally found in the USA. The kitchen crew knows what they're doing. Also wish to give a shout out to Warishah, guest relations. She was so nice, helpful, and attentive. We'll definitely be back the next chance we have.

This hotel offers a fantastic breakfast at a really reasonable price. Such an impressive selection of different food from Turkey and elsewhere, and the manager Erhan is always so friendly and helpful. Nice decor too, I especially like the lobby. I keep coming back!

Pictures are very deceiving- it is not nearly as luxurious as it looks in promotional pictures. Room was just average, and bed had only a bottom sheet with a very thin blanket for covering. Buffet breakfast was okay. Staff was very gracious, and location was great, but overall we were puzzled by the stellar reviews and high price.

An excellent service with good location hotel close by everything whatever you want to see. Breakfast Manager and staff are extremely polite room keeping was fantastic.love that place will be recommended.its in heart of the Istanbul city.thank you
