The front desk is very friendly and are willing to share experiences and places to venture to within Istanbul and beyond. However I wasn't too happy that my room had a secret door that couldn't properly close and no clean towels provided even with the, "Clean my room sign."

Service is good for this kind of hotels. But there was no tap water in whole area on the next morning so I couldn’t take a shower before I left my room

The room is clean, comfortable and very close to Taksim Square. The receptionist and owner are very friendly. I stayed here for 2 nights and had a great time. 😊👍

Thanks to all Boranchik team for great hospitality and warm welcome! The hotel is within walking distance from Taksim square. Reception is 24 hours available. The room has everything you need for living TV, wi-fi, safe box, toiletries, refrigerator, washing machine . The view from the balcony opens to a picturesque quiet street! There are almost no any disadvantages in the room except for cleaning service, which is not carried out. Hygiene supplies are not replenished, it’s dirty enough under the bed. The furniture is outdated. Anyway it’s 9,5 from 10!

The hotel is beautiful, thank you for everything. The location is very good. The hotel owners are very helpful. The cleaning was good. They asked me every day if I needed anything. I recommend this hotel.

The the location is good, but I’ve been there three days and nobody comes to change the towel  nobody cared welcome in Istanbul. The hospitality is like that.

The hotel desk girl Eman/Hajira was the sweetest girlie ever, she treated me so sincerely and humbly, helped me plan out my ittenary and extended her hospitality for me!, The hotel facilities like, cleanliness, water, ambiance, could be better.though.Best location for solo travelers in my experience

The location is perfect, metro station and bus station are just in 5 min walk. A lot of cafes and restaurants and Galata Tower is also near by. Rooms are clean and the stuff are outstanding, very friendly and willing to assist. I would chose this hotel again for the next trip to Istanbul 🙂

About 70m to Taksim Square, although in April 2025 this section of road was blocked to vehicles due to road work. Room is not big but well equipped with fridge & washing machine. Heaters keep room very cosy

It was really great and especially if you consider the price. The people working were also very nice and helpful. All around great stay.
