I had a terrible experience at this hotel during my trip to Iran after four years, while recovering from surgery. I stayed with my family for three days, and on the final day, my wife joined us. Shockingly, the hotel staff refused to let her enter the room I had already paid for unless we provided documentation proving she was my wife. What made this even worse was the disgraceful behaviour of the reception staff. The receptionist rudely interrogated us, asking intrusive and humiliating questions and repeatedly doubting whether we were truly husband and wife. His tone was degrading and offensive, treating us as though we were criminals. This was not just frustrating but deeply embarrassing, especially given my vulnerable condition with a visible bandage on my head. Despite paying a high price for our stay, we were subjected to this appalling treatment. While I understand cultural norms, there is no excuse for such inhumane and unprofessional behaviour. This experience completely ruined our journey. I strongly advise against staying here if you value respect, dignity, and decent hospitality. To anyone planning to stay at this hotel, I strongly urge you to reconsider another place.
