Check in is a hassle. I booked the hotel on the same day i'm checking in (around 12pm) and received the confirmation immediately. It says that the check in time is 3-9pm but when i arrived at around 8.30pm, the front gate was already locked. Backdoor is also locked. I tried to call and message the hotel number a few times but didn't pick up and reply (didnt reply too when i messaged them at 1pm+ to inform that i'll be reaching before 9pm). Almost gave up but the other hotel guests saw me outside, they let me in and helped me to contact the staff. BTW the upper part of the capsule is very dusty - hope they can clean it soon.

The host was very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, it felt safe and welcoming. Just a small note for future guests: this homestay has a “quiet hour” policy, which means you should avoid making noise — no music, no loud conversations, and try to keep your voice low in the room. During our stay, my friends and I received a noise complaint, even though we were not being loud. It may have come from another traveler nearby. So it’s important to be extra careful during quiet hours to avoid misunderstandings. Overall, I would recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay, as long as you are mindful of the quiet hour rules

I really like the artistic style of the decor here. The room and bed are clean, and the staff are very friendly. It’s also very convenient to walk around the nearby area and find something to eat.

Location is good near train station and most popular place .

I really love staying here for 2 nights. The reception guy was very helpful since I came very late from pineng. He was taking my luggage to 3rd floor and gave me a detail instruction.

The staff provide a useful PDF (tourist spots and restaurant choice). The room looks neat.

I enjoy my first solo travel! Thanks to de cafe & rest house. It was very clean, well equipped. I am muslimah solo traveller. The women dorm was so comfy. They even prepare prayer mat for us!

My bed too near to window, sound from the street was too loud. Bed quality could be improve

Bed was clean but would not prefer the living area there which is very small and not air conditioned

只能提大家用Google Map是很難定位到達公寓，還有請在晚上 09 ： 00到達。因為怡保 Google Map 用不到的期望店主改善這方面嚴重問題

私は日本人だが、私が泊まった時は宿泊者は欧米人が多かった。結論とてもおすすめです。ロケーションも中心地にあり文句なし、設備綺麗、お湯の供給もされる。また泊まるなら火曜か金曜がおすすめ。ナイトマーケットがあり宿泊者と一緒にそれを楽しむことができる。

L’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont propres et le petit déjeuner est bon.
