Always love this place .All good, the ambience, the facilities, gym , etc

Overall I love 1969 business suite, but now operator didn't really maintain well on room details, when back stay here. While walk in room.. Phone disconnect, need all way down to reception for services, wall paper start tearing off which gave us a low cheap feels of this suite even hv great amenities, fnb services which operator more focus.. Room really need to be focused. Hope operator see this n improve it.

Room & Cleanliness: 8/10 Room is clean & comfortable. Aircond & fan well functioning. Good water pressure but the pipe shower leaking (hope can fixed it). Hot water not really function. Iron available. No fridge provided. Deposit: RM100 & return during checkout. Complimentary toiletries: Available & they also put welcoming desserts. Lift / Elevator: Available. Internet: Strong wifi connection. TV Channel: Good, also have Netflix. Front Desk Services: 10/10 Friendly staff (Malay & Chinese girl) welcomed us with a smile. One Malay guy also help to carry our luggage. He is very polite. Parking: 8/10 Open parking space in front of the hotel. Have to pay to Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh 1hr RM0.30 / 1day RM4.00 by using coupon / Park@Perak Apps / TnG eWallet. Breakfast: 8/10 Halal buffet food. Taste good but limited choices: Nasi lemak, fried kuey teaw, porridge, sausage, salad, toast, siew mai, hot beverage, orange juice, milk & fruits. Location: Rate is depends on your trip. Location was far from Ipoh City. If you want to rest only away from noise, this is the place. If you want to explore Ipoh City, this hotel quite far unless you willing to drive. Limited Muslim restaurants around. Have Family Mart & 7E store nearby the main road. Credit to staff: 10/10 I checked in during my birthday. After I went to my room, surprisingly their staff came and bring birthday cake while singing happy birthday song. I am really touched & happy. Thank you so much for your surprised and kindness. All the staff so friendly. Have breakfast and high tea. The food also delicious. Will book for the next trip.

This hotel is always my priority choice if travelling to ipoh, the location is good, breakfast was great, comfortable room. Overall are good.

Good location by car as there is no public transportation. Plenty of restaurants, cafes & shops nearby. Services (of check-in and hotel cafes) are excellent.
