Mina kim was very kind and professional. She helped us numerous times and always with a smile. Hotel itself was clean and quiet. Location is isolated, but the airport shuttle is nice. The restaurant on site is expensive and subpar, but the convenience store on site has quick meal options too. Only cons were when we asked the male night staff for batteries for the room TV remote, he said he couldn’t give us any. And the temperature inside was very very hot, the lowest setting allowed was 22C, but it never got that cold either. It was about 25C inside the whole time which was too hot to sleep in.

I stayed two nights at ibis Styles Ambassador Incheon Airport before an early flight and it was just what I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The sauna was a great bonus — perfect for relaxing before travel. Staff were friendly, check-in was fast, and the free shuttle to Terminal 2 was super convenient. There’s even a 24/7 convenience store in the lobby. Highly recommend for a short, stress-free stay near the airport!

The hotel is very near to the airport and it's easy to get to the hotel from the airport. There are shuttle services from the hotel and the airport. If you are having an early flight the next morning, this is definitely a place to stay overnight. The staffs are very friendly too.

Convenient stay for a early morning flight or late evening arrival. Regular shuttle buses provided for T1 & T2. Room is new, bright & spacious.

I stayed here for one night as I had an early flight the next day. The free bus shuttle to the airport is a plus factor.

Location: The shuttle comes on the hour. We were running around for a solid 30 minutes looking for a taxi. I wish they had a sign.  Cleanliness  The hotel is good, but some places are sticky.  Service They have luggage storage, but it didn’t seem safe since they didn’t even tag it.  Facilities  The buffet was good. I liked the scrambled eggs.

I booked this hotel based on the many positive reviews I read. However, I was quite surprised by my experience. The hotel is clean, not too far from the airport, and offers a shuttle bus. The bed was very clean and comfortable. However, the biggest issue is the noise. The hotel is located right next to the runway, and every departing plane makes the room extremely noisy. Even with earplugs, sleeping was nearly impossible. Another issue was the towels. They felt low quality and didn’t seem very clean. The check-in process was also slow due to the large number of people arriving with the shuttle bus. Lastly, what shocked me the most was when I requested a late check-out. The reception manager, Mook, told me that if I left a positive review, he could arrange it. I didn’t expect to see this kind of practice still happening in Korea. This is completely unacceptable. If you need a quiet night’s sleep, I do not recommend this hotel.

It is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the ICN T2, and T1, with free shuttle buses running every 30 minutes to T2 and every hour to T1. The room is clean and comfortable. I didn’t have the breakfast. One thing to note is that you could hear the airplane taking off and landing from the hotel, which is not good for light sleepers.

My sons and I stayed here for a long layover in Korea. The front desk staff was really nice, and had us checked in quickly. We had a couple of good vantage points to watch the planes take off, which I liked. The convenience store was well stocked with lots of options, and we had a good dinner. The hotel room was clean, and the smart tv was easy to use. The shuttle parks out in front of the hotel, and the drive is short. Would stay for another layover!

This was perfect for a long overnight layover. Just a few km from the airport. Easy check in and friendly staff. A convenience store just downstairs and a couple of restaurant options in the hotel made getting food easy. The shuttle runs on time to both terminals giving free and convenient travel to and from the hotel. Will definitely stay again during my next long layover at Incheon airport.

Wax fine for overnight transit close to Terminal 2. Other than transiting a flight I would have stayed in Seoul as there is nothing surrounding the hotel at all apart from airport

I stay at IBIS when I have to be at the airport early. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Plus, the bus takes us to airport for free.

A great place to stay because it’s nearby the airport and a difficult place for the same reason. If you’re a light sleeper it’s hard because the glass isn’t soundproof and the planes take off every few minutes
