Our experience at this hotel was amazing. We had amazing service from the beginning. Before even checkjng in to the hotel they took us to dinner as they knew we were tired and hungry after long travel and then checked us in. The food is amazing the variety is amazing. Heated pools indoor and out door are amazing! The beach is beautiful with clear water clean sand well Maintained and plenty of seating! The hotel staff are very kind!

Thank you to Mr. Ali at the reception for the warm welcome and great service. The place is very nice and wonderful for Honeymooners, all services are near each other, clean rooms,amazing swimming pools ,a sandy beach,a tidy environment, and an excellent team.

酒店離機場很近，大概4公里，到鎮子上8公里。酒店整體環境不錯，沙灘，泳池，大海，日出。房間內設施一般，國內快捷酒店水平。一日三餐很好，中間還有小食茶歇，早餐最豐富，晚上還有演出。住幾天放鬆一下挺好。從國內來有點折騰，從出發到入住超過24小時。

沒有歧視中國人的現象碰到的所有的工作人員都很好提前兩三個小時到了也直接讓入住了沒有小孩子一點都不吵鬧很愜意很漂亮中國人不多

Отлично отдохнули, ремонт супер, еда очень вкусная, удобства на пляже классные. Людей не много, спокойный отдых, не шумно. Единственное, не смогли попасть в СПА по ваучеру, там запись за 2 суток, а мы в отеле были всего 1,5.. Также указывала в пожеланиях 2 отдельные кровати, но номер был с одной большой - очень неудобной, когда второй человек переворачивается во сне, все вибрации передаются другому... Не смогли выспаться. Остальное всё супер. У берега нет рифа, кораллов, и рыб. Мы не знали, хотели плавать с масками... Кому это важно, имейте в виду, здесь рыб нет.

酒店在埃及相對比較新，這次入住還是蠻超預期的，酒店有5個泳池，其中一個是加熱泳池，在20幾度的赫爾格達還是很舒服。做為一個全包酒店，餐食很豐富，除了早餐，隨時可以吃到現烤的pizza和現場做的意麪。入住期間還吃到現烤的羊腿，大蝦和魚。酒店海灘看紅海也很美。晚上還有現場演出，雖然躺平酒店，也不乏味。

先説結論：這家酒店很值得，服務很好。下次埃及之旅，我還會來。再説細節餐食方面：三餐都有很多選擇，尤其是晚餐，還有亞洲餐廳可選。我們兩個重慶人都吃的很適應，而且很舒服。沒有像泰國旅行一樣拉肚子。住宿方面：房間很乾凈，很大，直接對着中庭泳池。側面就是大海。很好。海景方面：唯美的紅海，很安靜，很美，果凍狀海面隨處可見。服務方面：完全沒看到有任何工作人員歧視的現象出現。甚至他們很歡迎中國人。由於我們的司機會來的比較晚，還幫我們免費延遲退房了2個小時。
