我訂了單人間，但是入住的時候Tadros給我升級了很大的一間公寓，大概有一百平帶陽台，足夠四個人住，公寓也非常新，前台工作人員非常樂於助人，有什麼問題都能解決，房間非常乾淨，電梯也很方便，出去吃飯和買東西都很方便，出門右轉有家小店很便宜。我推薦所有人都來埃及入住這家酒店。

at first, i reserved a swimpool view, they gave me a very terrible room to stay, told me if i cancle it, and pay 50 dollors, they will give me better room. so i have no choice and cancelled it. after that, they gave me another terrible room. the room air conditioner doesn't have hot wind, and i asked the agent, no choice, all of the rooms don't have the warm wind. i wanted to return my money, they didn't return to me. i arrived this fxxking room so late, so i have no choice. the agent also has a fxxking attitude for my wife and i. i need compensation from booking about the cheating stars. tomorrow i need to waste my money and change another hotel, i need to a higher price to book another hotel, more than 70 dollars.

The worst place where we was in Hurgada 1. Furniture not working as it should be 2. Wi-Fi working maybe just 1-2 hours during the day 3. Man on reception saying that all fixed but nothing changed 4. They start renovation on upper floor with a lot of sounds without any information about it to the guests and refuse to stop (we couldn't sleep because of it) 5. Too much aggressive dogs in front of the building 6. All doors in the apartment make noise when it's open, we asked to fix it but no one made it 7. During our stay electricity shot down few times because reception guy forgot to charge it 8. From the sink coming yellow water, you need to wait until clean will come

And it’s not a hotel it’s just a building with apartments They also refused my request and didn’t let me get an apartment while i was have a booking request and treating me with disrespect …

Stayed here with my husband and father. Was made to feel most welcome by Maria who kept checking everything was alright. View from the pool area on the roof is amazing as you can see all across Hurghada and the Red Sea. Looking to book the next time we are in Hurghada. Apartments clean, comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed swimming in the pool every day and found it very relaxing. Thankyou
