Ein sehr engagiertes Team in einem leider in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Hurghada hat leider außer dem Schnorchelangebot generell nicht viel zu bieten. Da wir All inclusive gebucht hatten, haben wir sehr viel Zeit in der Hotelanlage verbracht. Das Animation Team ist zwar extrem bemüht, trotzdem kommt totale Langeweile auf. Internet ist da eine Rarität. Man kann nur nach mehrmaligem Anmeldeversuch Internet (und auch nur ausschließlich in der Lobby) empfangen. Die kurzen Programme abends waren nicht schlecht. Leider wiederholte es sich und man hatte um das Programm herum trotzdem Langeweile. Für das Animationsteam empfinde ich etwas Mitleid, weil sie mehrmals am Tag und auch jeden Tag der Woche immer zu den gleichen Songs tanzen mussten. Es fehlte ihnen überhaupt auch an Mitteln, um uns zu bespaßen. Für jüngere Reisende sicher schrecklich eintönig. Wer nur am Pool liegen möchte, kommt hier sicher auf seine Kosten. Das Essen war augenscheinlich vielfältig. Man hat gefühlt immer die gleichen Zutaten in verschiedensten Variationen erlebt. Bspw. gab es Hackfleisch mal als Bolognese, mal als Kebabspieß, mal als kleine Bällchen etc. serviert. Es schmeckte immer gleich, nur das Auge war zufrieden. Allerdings sehr gute Salatbar. Die Kellner sind zuvorkommend und hier und da aufdringlich flirty. Das hat aber wahrscheinlich allgemein was mit der Mentalität zu tun. Insgesamt ein positives Erlebnis. Für einen Familienurlaub geeignet. Aber ein zweites Mal werden wir nicht wiederkommen.

Pharaoh Azur Resort,Hurghada,Egypt. Visited January 2025. Amazing hotel,would return in this hotel in the future. Visited with family and had great time in this amazing hotel.We had bungalow by beach-amazing,wonderful bungalow 562 Mornings on our bungalow terrace with beautiful sunsets and coffee Evenings on our terrace with stars,moon and moon halo in the sky-relax,chill and enjoy life. All the people,who works in this hotel-kind and helpful. All areas of hotel,reception,bars,eating areas,public toilets,rooms-absolutely clean. Beach amazing-I loved that in the beach there is chill area with umbrellas with red- no people who will ask about excursions,massages or somehow bother you. Eating area-food very good,multiple choices. Sea amazing-for us it was not cold,really enjoyed swiming in January. I am from Latvia,Baltic States,EU country,North Europe One thing that I did not like in this hotel-it is still sad that most of the people,who works there,don't know that Latvia is independent country in North Europe and it is not Russia!!! I don't speak in Russian language,English is my second language.First is Latvian. Don't assume,that all tourists come from Russia or speaks Russian.

On arrival was very impressed staff were very helpful during and after Room was spotless Facilities ie bars,restaurants,pool etc were brilliant From our apartment the beach was approx 10minute walk with loungers bar parasols and a jetty that takes you to beside the coral reef Overall a fantastic place to stay

Just returned from 10 nights at this resort. We were lucky to have a bungalow with a sea view which was very nice. The whole resort is clean and tidy, there was some maintenance taking place but it didn't affect out stay. The food was always excellent - plenty of choice and very tasty. We visited the Asian a la carte which was fantastic, the only negative is there was so much food we couldn't finish it. Staff were all pleasant and welcoming. There is a relaxation section on the beach where you are left alone and there is the option to have a red ribbon for sunbeds that mean no one bothers you - great idea. Horse riding with Mauro tours at the hotel was great fun riding into the sea. I would thoroughly recommend this resort

Hotel was good. Swimming pool was hot in january. And rooms are clean. The employess are friendly. Ms Melek took care of us. She was friendly. Breakfast could have been better. The hotel was very close to the beach. Foods waa good. Thanks for everything.
