Lemon & Soul Makadi Garden

we had a lovely holiday here bed was so comfy, food tasty, staff were lovely and helpful. Patrick and his team were fab too....only tiny wee complaint is that the music by the pool sometimes was awful. i like most music but 3 and a half hours of arabic music was a bit much especially when there didn't seem to be any Egyptians holidaying there. I did complain a couple of times and they changed it which was great but on the 3rd time the manager insisted it was arabic day so it was arabic music all day. Shame cos everything else was great but that would put me off going back again

From the moment we arrived at Lemon and Soul, we were met with such warmth and friendliness that the hotel instantly felt like home. Every member of staff made our stay inviting and memorable. A special mention goes to the two gentlemen in the shops opposite (clothing and the general shop) who were absolute gems—so kind and welcoming. We ended up forming a wonderful and lasting friendship with both of them. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Reception was attentive and kind, always ready to help with anything we needed (even providing plasters when I injured my leg!). Housekeeping did a fantastic job, keeping our room spotless and tidy. Ahmed and Mahmoud at the pool bar deserve a special shoutout—they were simply amazing! Their kindness, humor, and attentiveness elevated our holiday experience tenfold. The restaurant staff were equally incredible, especially Mustaf, who always took the time to chat with us every evening, making us feel even more welcome. The atmosphere of the hotel was tranquil, just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. While the food was a bit repetitive and a mix of different cuisines, everything was delicious, and the chefs' skills truly shone through. We also had an incident with an external tour guide during our stay, and I cannot praise the hotel management and team enough for how swiftly and professionally they handled it. Within an hour of reporting the issue, the hotel manager, head of security (Shabab, I believe), and the tour company managers had everything resolved. Their care and attentiveness left a lasting impression. We also highly recommend trying the quad biking and horse riding experiences. Both were absolutely brilliant, and we had such an amazing time—definitely highlights of our trip! Overall, we had a fabulous time at Lemon and Soul and cannot wait to return next year. We’re already looking forward to seeing the wonderful staff again. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

From being greeted by the fabulous Reda,to the great bar staff, fantastic kitchen team,Torres the crazy one and Abdullah the world's greatest towel animal creator we couldn't have wished for a better holiday,the rooms were perfect,the grounds of the hotel were immaculate,and once again the staff were absolutely fantastic. Amazing views of the desert and mountain range,quad biking in the desert was one of the best experiences ever! Make sure you don't miss the Bedouin night,that was amazing food and great fun Can't wait to return next year,we all had a amazing time,see you soon!

Very good hotel, nice atmosphere and very good shows in the amphitheatre, I really enjoyed my time there, max is very good Animation and his teammates are cool I hope to come back again soon, I liked the food there and the drinks, the staff very friendly.
